This is actually one of the old layouts that I created and used for my other website (known as Blah Republic) which is an insane group journal consisting of me and 3 of my friends. This layout is meant to be a blog layout but because of a slight design flaw, we decided not to use this layout.
Nevertheless, I feel that it is a waste to throw away this layout becausethis layout is drawn from scratch (with the exception of the panda image). I played around with the texture and color level, hue and saturation and so on to create the clouds effect and also the snow effects on the right.
Overall, this would make a great layout for anything, including journals, etc. I have turned this into div-aligned layout so that you can write as much as you want. You can also turn this divider to behave like an iframe so that you can scroll up and down. Feel free to expand your creativity.
Last but not least, do not forget to link back to MoonFantasy.Com for this layout. This layout took a long time to create (because it's made from scratch) and please give credits where credits are due.
