Ok I got sick of the 2-D Engine and researched Might and Magic 1-5 for this custom Map Engine. Its based on the default Sphere Map Engine.
Battle- Akrima supports up to 3 on 3 battles

Of course all the exp doesnt just go to 1 party member!
