Okay well here it
goes!! The band started in the genius mind of Ross Huff (The drummer
for 2nd Place.) He then gained his friend Matt (Also known at Erdie)
Erdman to join at the Bass player. The two punk loving teens now had
a band, but absolutely no talent. They practiced and practiced. There have been many names for the
band such as Speed 52, TP Army, Waysides Favor..And the list goes
on. There also have been many band members that have joined and
quit. Back down to the original two they needed one more person.
They eventually found Tyi. 2nd Place originated from different bands
such as Blink 182, Green Day, Sum 41, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, The
Hives, The Vines, Violent Femms, Box Car Racer, New Found Glory, The
White Stripes, The Clash, The Ramones, and even a little System of a
Down.
