Shows

If you have a band that is interested in playing, please contact us! (use the e-mail link below, it's checked frequently) We'd like to put on some sort of punk show with a couple bands. We know you want to...

*Im going to put little stars to the left of the shows we havent played yet, will make it easier to navigate*

April 23rd, 2004

It was an excellent unofficial last show at the Union South. Those of you who came to our show and not some other crap ass show, or some crap ass glow in the dark dance are some of the coolest kids in town. Thanks to everyone who helped us put on this show, and to the awesome bands that played.

November 15th, 2003

We can't play this show in appleton but you can still go, itll be fun.

APPLETON, WI @COLUMBUS CLUB 2531 Richmond street. show starts at 6:30. 5 bux. We would be playing with Discider, Words That Burn, and Bag of Gremlins. so bring your ass up.

October 31st, 2003

What a great show. Thank you to everyone who came and all the bands who played to help raise money for the loft (namely The Peace Terrorists, Swiftkick, Men and Mutiny, and The New Chosen Evil). Thanks to Dom and The New Chosen Evil for bringing the mass amounts of pumpkins and then destroying every last one of them on the loft floors. Everyone played excellent and it was just a giant smashfest. :-)<

September 27th, 2003

We played at a park out in Deforest for a benefit for a skate park they wanna build out there. I think they amounted to a few thousand dollars or something? The bands who played were, in this order, The Peace Terrorists, The Chauvanists, Murder of Crows, and Petrol Ardente.

September 20th, 2003

This show was at the loft, it was alot of fun and had alot of diversity. There was some band from middleton that played first, Then us, Then The Chosen Evil, and finally Humungus Fungus. Thanks to everyone who came and jumped on stage and danced throughout the entire show, it was really alot of fun

August 22nd, 2003

SMASH FEST at ryans ballroom in combine locks was a fucking blast. we had fun with all the nice people and awesome bands from around there. special thanks to the combustibles, dolemite, and especially bratsncheese for getting us the show. the venue was really sweet. grungy and damp with awesome sound. we met alot of cool people out there and hope to return soon. cheers ya bastards

August 5th, 2003

This was a show at the Wilmar Center where DFA was supposed to play. They didnt show up so Plan B, The Chauvanists, Petrol Ardente, and Axl Rose and the Nuge Brother played in that order. It was a pretty rockin show cuz all the bands played quite well and there was burning of corporate crack on stage.

June 14th, 2003

this was an ok show although there were alot of negative aspects. Arsonist Matt filled in on bass for slappy and we introduced a new song called "zapatista"

May 17th, 2003:

This was round six of the battle of the bands, Castor Troy, The Chauvanists and two other bands (whos names I forgot, sorry) played. It was a very very fun show because it was shirtless/no standing still night with a crapload of props and whatnot. Castor Troy won and are going to the finals, buuuut The Chauvanists played an awesome show and only lost by .4 was it? 4/10ths of a point it what im hearing we lost by. Not bad, maybe next year or something, with more props and fire and such!

May 10th, 2003:

The Battle of the Bands between Rushmore and 40s, Swiftkick, Rejected Ideals, Men and Mutiny, The Chosen Evil, and The Fallwell Youth was awesome. Unfortunately The Chauvs didn't get a chance to play at the Langdon street co-op which was originally planned, but all in all it was a good night.

May 3rd, 2003:

Holy shit this show was very fucking awesome. First off, (played in this order, I think) Men and Mutiny, Right Arm Severed, Petrol Ardente, Rushmore and the 40s, The Chauvanists and Castor Troy all played awesome shows and the crowd was totally into the music. This made the show just 10 times better and makes us wanna keep rocking it out with fast tunes and hardcore shiiiiit.

April 19th, 2003:

Ok, this WAS a show that was supposed to happen like...on april 19th or whenever but I guess NOW its happening on May 2nd but the chauvs are no longer playing this one. check out swiftkicks website or talk with people you know about whats going on

March 15th, 2003:

Ok so alot of fucking bands played at this show at Monona Grove High. It went from noon to six and some of the bands that played were Rejected Ideals, Moonshine, Rushmore and the 40s, Swiftkick, Petrol Ardente, and The Chauvanists. It was alot of fun except for the P.A. kept fucking breaking because it couldn't handle the punk music, so "thanks" to good 'n loud for that piece of shit. Another weird point about the show was some guy running the biz was all yelling at us because we swore too much and the neighbors could hear and blahblahblah complaints against the school administration (which is good because its a piece of shit anyway) but w/e, we'll get that if we swear alot between songs. Why did the cops show up?

March 14th, 2003:

This show at the loft was really awesome because Watershed Year, Weaving the Deathbag, and Asschapel played with us, The Chauvanists. It totally rocked and thanks to everyone who came and all the bands who played with us.

March 12th, 2003:

ITS SLAPPYS BIRTHDAY!!! WOOT!

March 1st, 2003:

Uh I think this show at the Wilmar center got cancelled...so dont go

February 22nd, 2003:

Ashley's party, I must say, was a MAJOR success! hahaha like my pun? but Moonshine, Swiftkick, Men and Mutiny, Rushmore and the 40's and The Chauvanists all played super rocking shows. Anyone like the broken glass during the song...BROKEN GLASS??? hahaha another pun

February 21st, 2003:

This show at the loft was really cool, thanks to the meteah strike, swiftkick, rushmore and the 40's and the chauvanists for putting on an insanely rocking show with black flags, a pirate flag and whatnot.

January 31st, 2003:

This was a really cool show, a bunch of bands played like bord, the motorz, big fat ass, watershed year, the chauvanists, the gammits and the gc5. it was really good cept for like the motorz or some band took apart theyre drumset (which we were supposed to use) and it took awhile, so we got a shorter set than the rest of everyone. It was cool cuz all the bands played clash covers and the chauvanists played brand new cadillac and should I stay or should I go.

January 18th, 2003:

ok so I have to type this in again cuz the stupid school computers decided to fuck with my updates. Well this show was at the loft and it was really fun. The Antisocials and Convicted like broke up or something so The Gimmieheads (from Milwaukee), The Chauvanists, Swiftkick, and Rushmore + the 40's played (in that order). it was alot of fun because of all the getting up on stage and singing along and stuff. yargh!

December 21st, 2002:

Mwahahahahaha this show rocked the stage yo. Ok so a couple bands didn't show up so Rushmore and the 40's played an awesome performance. Swiftkick kicked some ass and wait wait...There was a surprise performance by The Cardshark Devils!!! so all you wankers who were gracious enough to spend 5 dollars to see us...you got to see the group of crazy beer guzzlers play an awesome set. And us The Chauvanists played good as well.

December 14th, 2002:

This was a show at cloud city. Rushmore and the 40s played, so did Big Fat Ass, Swiftkick, and uolnu kulak. yup, it was a show

November 23rd, 2002:

This was an awesome show at the wilmar center, thanks to big fat ass, rejected ideals, swiftkick, and half the facts for their sweet performances

November 10th???:

show in reuven and ashers basement never happened

November 8th, 2002:

Our one year anniversary from when we first played in johns basement a year ago. Oklahoma was a blast

November 1st, 2002:

Wooo this was an intense night. Well there was alot of partying and the bands who played were (in this order) Rejected Ideals, Moonshine, The Chauvanists, and Swiftkick. It was alot of fun, even though the PA system was tweaking out a bit while the chauvs were playing, so it definitely wasn't one of our best nights. It was alot of fun though cuz everyone was into the music and getting along.

October 4th, 2002:

OMG THIS SHOW ALSO KICKED ASS thanks to EVERYONE! who jumped on stage during the pirate song and gave us that good ol feeling of welcomness ALSO THANKS TO RUSH & 40'S, SWIFTKICK, & MOONSHINE FOR THEIR AWESOME PERFORMANCES!!!

September 21st, 2002:

THIS SHOW ROCKED

It was the best show ever

(Date of R&B), 2002:

...at johns second party! It was a total disaster. No one came and no one danced. This was a sad excuse for a flirtatious slumber party. Never again shall another show be like this, or there will be mass destruction.

June 15th, 2002:

This was at ashley's birthday party. Ashley's party was alot of fun and there were alot of cool people there. But the drawback was that there were alot of emo kids so everyone was too afraid to have a good time. This was a big downer show that led to one more downer show...

June 7th, 2002:

This show in brandons basement was alot of fun. Many hooligans came in and out but by the second half, alot of wankers left to go flirt with their bitches. But those who stayed were treated to more fun and excitement.

May 5, 2002:

The wilmar center was very much fun. It went til about 10:30 and all the bands played excellent. Slappy also got a copy of Rusmore and the 40's, and The Chauvanists playing so contact him for a copy of the tape.

May 4, 2002:

The show at the new loft battle of the bands was interesting. Some of the judges like us and some despised us, but thats ok cuz it was all in good fun. Slappy got a copy of The Chauvanists performance on videotape, contact him if you would like a copy.

March 16, 2002:

Edgewood College Battle of the Bands...well. 'Nuf said there. If you went, you know. It was fun when everybody stormed the stage, you guys should do it more often. Too bad we got last place.

Feb 15, 2002:

We played a fun show at the new loft with a lot of other bands, notably Cardshark Devils, Big Fat Ass and Almost Everything. Thanks to all who showed up and danced and to those who didn't like us, we still got paid with your money :-P

Jan 19, 2002:

Much thanks to everyone who came, especially those who danced and didn't wank out and leave to go make out. For those of you who didn't come you missed toilet paper, exploding pop cans, marker and violent seizuring on the floor. Don't worry though, there'll be more.

Thursday, Nov 8th, 2001:

THE GREATEST PUNK SHOW EVER! Our first one and hopefully not our last. Thanks to all who came, you make it worthwhile! (Rushmore and the 40's were also featured)
