Growing up in a close minded town full of close minded pple, around close minded family who's main goal during the first 5 yrs of ur teenage life is to make u miserable, is not the best way to live your life, so it begins. When I was about 12 i hear my first punk song, it was Blink 182's dammit. You might have thought i found buried treasure, i fell in love w/ the song and the band, and through that i fell in love w/ punk rock. With not much to do in a town where rap is a way of life and baggy pants and Nikies are the fad, there really wasn't much to turn to. My friends all road bikes but i was never good at that, and skateboarding was also another perfect failure of mine. So, alone in the word i decided to pick up a guitar, an old Epiphone guitar that mimicked a Stratocaster, it was quite sad, i took lessons for a year and then performed for my first time by myself at some lame ass thing at a local sons of Italy, performing Greenday's time of your life and getting a good response from it, and that's when it hit me, start a band, so i tried, it was me, Ray Gezzi, Jerome Beverly and Alex Sabetta in Alex's basement playing bush's machine head over and over again horribly, but that's another story, so i guess back to my bio and not the bands. After coming out of 8th grade and going into highschool I didn't know what I was in for, not being on the football team and not being in the in crowd was kind of hurting and seeing all of my friends leave me for other friends from the neighboring town was not that fun to watch, so i turned once again to music, where i found bands like The Ataris, Millencolin, and Pennywise, i realized something, everyone needs a soundtrack of their life, and punk rock was my sound track, to a T. the loser kid from the hood w/ no athletic ability what so ever in an all jock school. During the summer of my sophomore year i came to realize the world i was in and going in and out of band names and the coming and going of members i fell into this one, and i think this is it, this is my destiny, to be in LLAP 72, and just be me and make the music that little kids can relate to so they don't have to put up w/ the same shit i did when I was in highschool, i guess all i wanna do is change the world, and stop the arrogance and the ignorance that is highschool, but hey ...... Rome wasn't built in a day
