Band Info

Hey welcome to the band info page if you are here than either ive told you bout it or you really like that there giraffemonkey/wonderllamamonkey saga. Either one's fine by me. So without further ado....band info!

The Guilty Parties(woo ratm reference!)

Mike Winbun: Bassist, Web page designer, GreatProphet, Ogre, overall goofy looks and personality. What more can be said?

Derek Scarborough: A Newcomer to the band, this guy has replaced the drummer formerly known as seppi. Dustin knows this guy personally, but his first practice with us was the first time i've seen/spoken to him. Overall nice guy, and very talented at what he does. Look forward to what is to come.

Rob Johnson: Vocalist, Rythm guitars(at times), master webpage designer, founder of the BFI(enterbfi.da.ru), also really really short. With that combination you got one heck of a band leader(although it seems we are all equal now, yet in the future we shall see).

Kyle Wiessman: Lead Guitarist, curly hair, the only one with a car(presently). This man can pull the most comlicated guitar riffs off....AND REMEMBER THEM! But most are metally sounding and the guys dont like it, but hell i sure do. Props to ya kyle.

Dustin Silver: Second Lead Guitarist(yes, apparantly we have 3 geetars, personally i like it). Not much is known about this man, for he is a mysterious figure. Rumors say he is the reincarnation of Jimi Hendrix. I tend to disagree, but eh.

Band History

It all started with one man. Jonathan Smith. This man came up to me one day and said, "Mike, the only way I'm going to make it in this world is to be a rock star." With that said I agreed to learn the art known as bass. We then recruited Joe Hardin, who was to be a drummer, but quit because he said he sucked(really it was cuz he didnt practice at all). So he then decided he would play chord organ for us, to give us an original sound. Yes chord organ. Well that didnt work out, so joe found another drum set for $100 bucks, so then he started to play a little and got a WHOLE lot better very VERY quickly. Personally, I think he had it all along and was holdin out on us. Then we got Kyle Wiessman, who was already an accomplished guitarist at the time. Jonathan was to be the vocalist and was also learning to play the guitar for a rythm section. Anywho, we went to work on playing covers, to see how well we play together. Well, we decided "brainstew" by Green Day was a good start as any. Well we got it, but we found that our vocalist, Jonathan, could not carry a damn tune. Well after many complications, we kicked the poor bastard out, and recruited Rob Johnson, who played the guitar and agreed to be our vocalist. Things started looking up from there. We played many a song together, every body had more energy and feeling in what they were doing, so we decided to shoot for the SOHS talent show...our first gig. Well, rob and joe, and kyle doubted themselves and their abilities and decided it best not to do the talent show, but i still felt we could do it. So the very day of the talent show, we decided to shoot for it. Then we found out equipment was not provided, meaning we would have to go to rob's house and bring in all that stuff. Well, us being lazy, we decided to just to jam that night. Later on, Rob noticed he was having a little trouble with playing and singing at the same time, so we invtited Dustin Silver to be our new guitarist. Rob still plays sometimes though, so I guess we really have three guitarists. We our now in the process of writing songs, so look out "lou-evil" (if you will), here we come.
