Dear AHA fans,
bad news has crossed my path today. All Hope Abandon has decided to call it quits. I am just as upset as you are. They were notified quite some time ago by their bassist Chris Kong that he would be leaving the band to go to university in Kingston. AHA set out to find a new bass player but they found nothing. They recently recorded their second EP entitled "Outta the Basement and Into Your Hearts." However, it wasn't enough to keep them together.
In light of AHA breaking up they will not be playing their show on October 4th. All Hope Abandon would like to thank everyone for coming out to see them play, everyone who bought their CDs, everyone who supported them, all of their friends and all the bands they've played with.
All Hope Abandon will be missed. If anyone still wants to get a copy of their any of their EPs, talk to the guys and they'll give you one. In my opinion AHA was one of the best local bands I have ever heard. Its a shame they are breaking up. That's all...thanks a lot for reading this and for visiting this website.
