So, can't get the guts up to try that 8 stair handrail? Well, here's something
to bridge the gap and help you gain the skills needed to tackle that bad
boy.
Materials needed:
4 - 8' long 2x4 wood studs
1 - 8' long 2x6 wiood stud
2 - 2" O.D. Steel pipe
alot of wood screws
Tools:
Reversable Drill with Phillips Head Bit
Screwdriver
Directions :
Attach 2 of the 2x4 wood studs together like shown and then repeat the process,
then attach the 2x6 in the middle but bring the 2x6 up half an inch or so.
Then secure the coping (steel pipe) by drilling a hole all the way through
and then drilling a bigger hole on top for the head of the screw to go through,
then secure the pipe into the 2x6 like shown in the top picture, now bust
some tricks on it..
