Festival Song honors WHFS(99.1)'s HFStival. WHFS is a D.C. area rock station who were an early supporter of Good Charlotte. GC performed at the HFStival twice.
Festival Song was the only song not finished when the group recorded their album. They worked with producer Don Gilmour who "made us work hard. It was hard work, but we are really proud of it."
