About this Layout
This Layout was created 12 July 2005 by Li.You MUST keep all links back to my site - there aren't very many.
If I find you have removed my link back, you will end up in here.
This layout uses four frames (left, right, center & top), one .CSS sheet (style.css) & 6 images (enter, welcome, update, up, down, & topban).
Don't edit the style sheets if you don't know what you are doing. You can learn CSS here and here. These are very simple to use.
Why did I use a style sheet? It's easy to use (once you get to know CSS) and you can change the layout colors in the same time as it will take to upload the file. Everything is good to go - all you have to do is edit what you need to (eg, - links in, links out, updates, etc) using Notepad (comes with all Microsoft© computers).
