09/10/01-We have a show coming up this Friday night at the Dreamworld Music Complex in Arlington. Also playing that night will be Logiene, Stalemate, and Six Day Trip. This is going to be an awesome show, and our first as a three piece, so you don't want to miss it. 08/19/01-There seems to be some confusion that i think we should clear up for you. We've received several emails already asking if we were lying about playing with 38 Special at this year's Falls Fest. While we've lied many times before just to impress you (like the time we said we were playing with Prince and the NPG), we are not lying this time! Unless they cancel between now and the 29th of September, we will be playing with 38 Special. So, whether it's punk rock or classic rock that you enjoy, you will find it at Falls Fest this year.

08/12/01-Well kids, it's been a while since the last update, so make yourselves comfortable. We have a lot going on in the world of Ten Times Ten, so let's get to it. First of all, we are now a three-piece! With Robbie gone, we felt it would be a bit strange to recruit a new guitar player to "replace" the Rockit. We've written some new songs, and things are going VERY well for us right now. We're setting up some shows for the near future, including an appearance at this year's Falls Fest, and one or two with our good friends Logiene. We have plans to record some of our new songs and a few of the older ones that were never recorded before. We'll send out updates more often and you should be expecting some changes to the website in the near future (like 65 new pictures from various places). All we ask is that you are patient with us, and that when we do get around to playing some shows again, you will be there with bells on. Peace. We out.

05/15/01-NEWS FLASH: Long time guitarist and part time singer Robbie Rockit will be leaving Ten Times Ten in August, in pursuit of happiness in the New England states! That's right. He's headed to Boston to start all over. While the news is disappointing, we view this as a chance to reinvent ourselves. We WILL find another guitar player, not to take his place, but to help us begin again. There are a few prospects, but we don't want to jump the gun by saying any names. We still have a few shows lined up to play with Robbie, so come out and wish him luck on his trip. It may be the last time you see the Ten Times Ten you've come to know!

05/07/01-Saturday's show at the Galaxy Club was kick-ass. Special thanks to the 15 people who drove down with us(you know who you are) and to the guys from Logiene for making it out to the show. We love you for it. The CD should be 100% finished this week! We'll bring you more news as it happens.

04/23/01-Well, the CD's almost done! We just have to finish laying down the vocals and then some mixing and mastering and tweaking, and we'll have another demo done! I added some shows to the page today. One at the Galaxy Club on May 5th. It's gonna be a blast, and if you're interested, we have tickets for it! They're 10 bucks each, which sounds pretty outrageous, but there are 18 bands playing. If you want to go with us, email us at tentimesten@hotmail.com and we'll get a ticket to you.

04/09/01-Saturday night's show was another good one. If you missed it, you should be very upset with yourself. Logiene and Hero both put on an excellent show, and the turnout was good. We plan to be in the studio on Easter Sunday, hiding eggs and rocking ass. Keep your eyes and ears open for more shows, and a date for the release of the cd.

03/28/01-Quick update: We have scheduled some studio time for the long awaited recording we have been talking about for almost an entire year. Barring any major catastrophes, we will be in the studio on April 14th thru April 17th or 18th (basically, whenever it's finished). If you are interested in reserving one of the hot commodities, email us and let us know. Otherwise, you can catch us at a show and get a much better deal. Also, watch for a complete overhaul of this website! The new one will be up soon after the new CD comes out.

03/11/01-Thank you to all 15 of you who made it out to the show on such short notice! For those of you who missed it, we scheduled another one for April 7th with Hero and Logiene. Just wanted to give you some advanced notice.

01/07/01-THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the show last night...that was probably one of the best shows we've played in a long time, and we appreciate the excellent turnout! Special thanks to Hero, who put on an awesome show, and to whoever stole disco ball that hung from the ceiling...we don't know who did it, but thank you, Dumb-ass, for doing your part to make it a memorable night! We've booked another show at the legion for the 17th of February with the Stickies and Hero...it should be even better than the one last night!!

12/20/00-We booked our first show with Kevin yesterday! It will be on Saturday, January 6th at the good ol' American Legion (Thomas Fowler Post 169) with a local band called HERO. You don't want to miss it...

12/11/00-Got some good news and some bad news...Bad news first...Our long-time drummer, Sean Snyder, has decided to leave the band to "live his life." We aren't exactly sure what that means, but we wish him the best of luck...The other bad news is that his departure from the band just so happened to come right in the middle of the CD we were working on...So, ONCE AGAIN we will have to push the release date back...We have no idea when it will be done, so don't even ask...The good news is that we have already found a suitable replacement for him...Our new drummer, Kevin Gilmore has played with several bands around Wichita Falls, and has quite a bit of experience behind the drums...We are hard at work getting everything together so that we can carry on...Kevin will make a great addition to the band, and when we get around to playing another show, you'll see what we mean!
