This does seem hard, after all when you start over you have to let go of good things along with the bad ones, but it comes down to this:- It's your life and you have to save yourself before thinking about needs of others. I have learned this the hard way, I can't really be there for anyone if I'm losing myself! I'm gonna spend the rest of my life working on me if I had to, so that I can have enough energy to care and love other people, and if you have the same problem as I do, you'll learn that only your good friends will let you save yourself and make it easier for you to put your needs first in your life.test:Am I depressed?
