Mood:  caffeinated
I am so distracted today, it is part of the "disease of consciousness". I have to repeat things because my mind is so aware of itself it refuses to sit quietly in the background.

What is the matter with my mind that it cannot concentrate? I have to repeat things over and over again to myself untill I hear them, then what happens if I don't understand? I try to figure out what it is that I dont understand as a possible pre-requisite. Then I have to decide whether or not something is indeed a pre-requisite before I decide to study it for surely there are things that are not necessary to know. But which ones? It doesn't help to note that I am a perfectionist so I have an innate feeling that I must know EVERYTHING as a pre-requisite. Surely noone's else' brain is any different than mine, even the "smart peoples". Like me, they too have to decide what is useful and what is not.

Yes.Especially in today's society, especially in today's age of information, prioritization is key.

I am convinced that there would be no limitations to anyone's brain. As long as a question can be formed it can be answered.

Mood:  a-ok
12 hours of work for this little guy's skin. Thats 4 hours of UV mapping and about 8 hours of texturing. Luckily, I learned to avoid some obstacles that will save me about %50 of my time next time.

Nothing on my game.

Nothing on Noah 2.

Very much in love with my wife today, very much in love with my children. Being with them all day today was like heaven. I even got some minor revelation about that as I was painting this skin:
My daughter came in the room and looked over my shoulder to see what I was doing. I turned the model so she could see the whole thing, not just the little part I was working on. A look at her face seemed to show that she was satisfied with the results and she quietly went off. The feeling I have when sharing my life with her, my very work, is immense. I can imagine what God must feel like as he desired to share the earth with us.
