We are the Tobacco Coalition (S.T.O.P.S.) at PGCC. We are dedicated to providing tobacco awareness within our school and community. We hope to help smokers by educating them about the harmful effects of smoking and also to help non-smokers who wish to see a tobacco free setting. We hope to make “PGCC Tobacco Free,” making it a healthier more proactive environment for everyone. We would be happy to help you in quitting or learning more about smoking. Just email us your address or phone number and we will get in touch. We are also looking for people to join our coalition, if you are interested email us. Thank-you, for your interest in our site. |

At the Health and Fitness Expo in Washington D.C. we were able to educate people on the harmful effects of smoking and to meet other tobacco-free organizations. We also did pulmonary function testing to show smokers the internal effects of cigarettes. We were able to get through to many people. It was a very rewarding experience. |
