Enter now a world where the human codes of honour and chivalry are warped into somethign vaguely familiar to those around you. A small group of people have been elevated, and are worshipped, for their talents of a psionic nature. These people all have large towns surrounding them and their sanctuaries. While they are not the government, the governing Council looks to these fourteen to give them hints as to the wills of the gods, Darcyon and Mecre.
