I am a Christian, wife, mother, nana, aunt, sister and more. I love to teach, have a passion about nursing, including teaching nursing. I am very happily married, have two grown children, three grandchildren with a forth due in May 2007. I have two adorable Shih-tzus named wicket and sissy. They are like my kids and are very spoiled. My husband and I have a cockteil named Maura and a Degus named mischief. I was an east coaster transplanted to the midwest of my own choosing. The slower pace of life, friendly people (for the most part) and lower cost of living agrees with me. I hope to own land some day so that I can have an extra home to shelter families in crisis. That has been a dream of mine for a long time.
