Arsenal Tengu
HISTORY:
The Arsenal Tengu's were the highly advanced 'Super Soldiers' that were employed by Gurlukovich's Private Army during the recent time of the Big Shell conflict in the past years. Unlike the Genetically Enhanced 'Super Soldiers' of Next Generation, these were soldiers that were, more or less, modified by certain high technical equipment that they had carried and were trained in various forms of the Fighting Arts, Instead of basic russian-style military training. Their objective was to primarily stand guard onboard of Arsenal Gear, that which housed hundreds of the United States Navy's own Mass Produced Metal Gear Ray models. Arsenal Tengu's not only recieved various special training, aside from Gurlukovich's post sentries and guards, but also had field experience prior to. The remaining Tengu's that were found within the confines of Arsenal Gear were later found and seized by U.S. Government Officials, some going down with a fight. The men's contracts were later bought out by the United States Military. After months of comprehensive research and study, The United States Army adopted a program, that similar to the Arsenal Tengu's, giving it the official name 'Project Tengu'. In the mean time, FOX-HOUND, an Elite Special Forces Unit of the army, was currently being re-instated as an official military unit. Not to long after, the U.S. Army gave clearence, designating the Tengu Progam as a new Unit within FOX-HOUND, as an Anti/Counter Terrorist unit.

Capabilities: The Katana emits a very rapid high frequency from the blade by extreme vibrations giving it a very destructive cut, as well as attracting it bullets movements and giving the blade incredible speed rendering gunfire to it impossible while on the defense.
DEADLINESS
Sharp edge cuts through flesh and reinforced armour alike. Blunt side of blade can knock foes unconscious with well delivered strike.
LIGHT WEIGHT
Sword moves through air with great speed to produce high frequency sound in form of audible squeal.
DURABILITY
Shatter-resistant blade can deflect bullets and even unguided missiles.

Helmet increases range of forward and peripheral vision as well as hearing. Suit provides better situational awareness overall, also providing the use of Thermal and Night Vision.
•HIGHER SURVIVABILITY
Layer of armour completely covers wearer and resists gunfire, explosions and cuts. Human Strength Amplification improves offensive capability and chances of survival.
REQUIREMENTS TO GAIN ACCESS INTO THE FOX-HOUND TENGU PROGRAM
This in an Invitational unit only. This meaning that any soldier carrying the rank of E2 Private or above may be acepted into the unit, the Commanding Officer(CO) of the Tengu program has the right to willingly invite a soldier of any other unit to it. But there are distinct rules that must be followed by using this process. First off, when one is invited into the Tengu program, they must have the proper clearance from that of the Tengu Programs CO(The one who invited you), the CO of your former unit, and an O6(Colonel) ranking figure or a figure of higher status(rank) to approve the transaction to another unit. Upon arrival into the new unit the soldier will recieve an automatic promotion, one rank ahead. The military ranking system still goes into account. If the designated soldier is of an E4 or higher, when going into the unit, the sodlier must complete the Performance Evaluation.
