Andy Mackay - In Search of Eddie Riff LP (Island Records ILPS 9278, Uk 1974) pink rim label, one label blank EX/EX	€25
Nice original first press copy of Mackay's first solo album which features his
Roxy Music team mates Phil Manzanera, Eddie Jobson & Paul Thompson
and some wild, odd and occasionaly awful renditions of some well know tracks
including Wagner's "Ride of the Walkyries" which opens side one (which is abysmal,
the whole side stinks) so start on side two. One label is blank, i.e. its a proper
Island pink rim label but there is no text printed on it. Worthwhile for Roxy fans,
I guess, and those in search of mid-70s rock/funk/fusion sounds.

	to the band.

 Mega's - Meganique LP (Dankers DL 1002, NL 1968) m-/m-	OFFERS
The Mega's were the Dutch Zombies. While their album isn't nearly as good as
	Odessey & Oracle, it's an excellent psych-mod-pop collection.Beware
dealer/trader claims that only 500 copies were pressed: there are just too many
near mint copies around in Holland for this to be true! Amazingly clean copy
	with original flipback sleeve

 Message - Astral Journeys LP (Brain 0060.165, Germany 1978) ex/ex	€15

Slightly less funky and more electric jazz fusion than the excellent mid-70s Silverlight LPs
Steve Miller Band - Sailor LP (1968) (EMI Fame FA 3085, UK 80s) m-/m-	€10
Second and by far the best SMB album
Steve Miller Band - Recall the Beginning...A Journey From Eden LP (Capitol SMAS-11022, USA 1972) gimmick foc EX/EX(-)	€25
Nice original copy which was still in original shrinkwrap when I got it -- I removed this to check
for problems but there are none and the detachable poster is still attached, so its a triple
	gatefold sleeve.
Minimum Vital - Les Saisons Marines LP (Musea FGBG 2012, France 1988) ex/ex	€20
note there is no damage to the top right cover, that's just some sort of reflection
	caused by my cheap webcam!
 Monkees - Head OST LP (Colgems COSO-5008, US 1969) woc/rw vg+/vg+	€40
Original silver-mirror PS, a fabulous thing to behold. Despite the woc/rw this
is a very nice, shiny copy.
Montrose - Jump On It LP (Warners BS 2963, US 1976) burbank label ex/ex	€15
	Tasteful cover Ronnie.

(Moody Blues) Justin Hayward /John Lodge - Blue Jays LP (Threshold THS 12, UK 1975) foc+insert ex/ex	€15
Probably the most successful of the solo albums, but frankly they're all as
bad as each other. Just like those Yes solo albums... what terrifically bad
	ideas they all were!
(Moody Blues) John Lodge - Natural Avenue LP (Decca TXS 120, UK 1977) foc w/insert m-/m-	€10
The bands bassist responsible for the superb "Ride My See Saw", but this
album is more than a little twee.
(Moody Blues) Michael Pinder - The Promise LP (Threshold THS18, UK 1976) UK original foc+insert m-/m-	€10
Moody Blues beardie gone solo (and quite mad). It's hard to think of something
constructive to say about this LP. Oh yeah, nice cover artwork!
Morningstar - s/t LP (Columbia 35316, US 1978) +inner swoc EX/EX	€10
Late 70s rock band.. can't remember what this sounds like so google it!

First edition with free bonus disc (La Belle Et La Bete), a soundtrack which is
much better than the synth-pop on offer on the main disc
Mike Nesmith - Magnetic South LP (RCA LSP 4371, US 1970) co ex/ex	€12
1st LP with the First National Band. A pioneering country-rock LP, superb.
Mike Nesmith - Loose Salute LP (RCA LSP 4415, US 1970) m-/m-	€12
2nd LP with the First National Band. With some latin and R&B influences now,
and a Monkees remake "Listen To The Band". Almost as good as Magnetic South.
Mike Nesmith - Nevada Fighter LP (RCA LSP 4497, US 1971) ex/ex	€12
3rd LP with the First National Band, this time with a side of cover versions
which, though good, make this the weakest of the three First National Band LPs.
New Electric Chamber Music Ensemble - The Spirit of Eindhoven CD (BV&R TNE 19662006, NL 1967-74/2006) new €15
Archive recordings of early electronics experiments in rock and psychedelic musics
involving members of Mr.Albert Show. An amazing, unexpected artefact housed in a
	DVD case with colour booklet.
New Trolls - s/t LP (Warner Bros 56761, Italy 1979) gimmick foldout sleeve ex/ex	€10

New York Rock & Roll Ensemble - Reflections LP (Atco SD 33-312, US 1970) m-/m-	€15
3rd album, only released in the US. The NYR&RE were one of several bands of the
era attempting to fuse rock with classical music. Like all such fusions, it's
	interesting but not exactly compelling.
New York Rock Ensemble - Roll Over LP (CBS 64126, Holland 1970) original orange label ex/ex	€10
4th LP. Same band as above, but they'd ditched the rock-meets-classical concept
by now. So this is a straight rock LP, decent but unexceptional. However, the
cover features fantastic devil-heads artwork, pre-dating Venom by 12 years.
While I can't say for sure if these guys were In League With Satan aswell,
	I certainly hope they were.
Nico - Marble Index LP (Elektra EKS-74029, 1968/197?) butterfly label, laminated cover ex/ex	€15
Nico's second album and one of her starkest, where she established the cold
vocal over mournful harmonium sound, with minimal added instrumentation arranged
by John Cale. A real party killer!
 Nico - Procession EP 12" (1/2 Records 112, UK 1982) ex/ex	€10
Nitro - Lethal EP 10" (Red Dog RDN 8206, US 1982) rw ex/ex	OFFERS

 Nitzinger - Live Better Electrically LP (20th Century/MoviePlay 17.0898/3, Spain 1976) foc EX/EX	€35
with gatefold cover, unique to Spain
 Dennis O'Brien - Any Other Face LP (Decca 6.24163, Germany 1979) +lyric insert ex/ex	€20
Dunno who this guy is but he's backed by a great list of session musicians,
many UK rock/folkrock stalwarts: Ray Russell, John Turnball & Jim Gannon (guitars),
Dave Mattacks, Mickey Waller & Pete Thomas (drums), Pete Solley (organ),
Tommy Eyre (moog, piano) and Pete Willsher (pedal steel).
Joe O'Donnell - Milesian LP (Entente SPV 12-3064, Germany 1986) ex/ex	SOLD(€30)
Looks like a German only second LP taken from the "Gaodhal's Vision" sessions 1977
Never seen this for sale anywhere else.
 Jay Ogle Band - I Can't Believe It mini-LP (Trakk 409, US 1982) ex/ex	€15
 Paice Ashton Lord - Malice in Wonderland LP (Oyster/Warner BS 3038, US 1977) +inner co EX/M-	€25
Paice & Lord's project after Deep Purple split in 1976. This was their sole
LP as it didn't sell very well. Takign in blues, jazz and soul influences into
a lighter sound than Purple, with ex SNAFU guitarist Bernie Marsden. Not bad...
not inspiring, but not bad. Hard to find in good nick.
Palass - Private Property LP (Imavox IM 30.117, Portugal 1981) ex/ex	OFFERS
Rare! Portugese only release by this Belgian heavy progressive band
reminiscent of Hawkwind at times. I also have one of their two
self-released singles for sale in the main catalogue.
Pantheon - Orion LP (Vertigo Records, NL 1972) M-/M-	OFFERS
Nice copy of the only unique to Holland swirl / spiral label release by this
dutch heavy prog band. Extremely hard to find.
Papoose - Les Enfants Outgangs LP (AKA Metamorphoses des...) (Mercury 6499 628, France 1975) foc ex/m-	€15
French band with Philippe Cauvin recordings 1972-75. You won't forget the
front cover photo in a hurry. Small ding in spine, otherwise a nice clean copy.
Van Dyke Parks - Song Cycle LP (Warners WS 1727, US 1968) Burbank labels repress ex/ex	€13.50
Patto - Ducks In Flight. The Lost Jazz Album LP (Akarma AK 340, Italy 1971/2006) m/m	€15
Another Akarma reissue that came my way; this is new/unplayed.
 Pebbles - s/t (1st) LP (Barclay Records BE 920280-1, France 1969) EX/EX	€33
Fantastic copy of this under-rated Belgian rock band often compared to the Beatles but
actually had much more in common with The Hollies but with a tougher, rockier sound.
One or two weak tracks and a not always 100% convincing lead guitarist are the only
drawback. Very heavy disc (250grams approx). Very hard to find a blemish free copy
	like this.
 Phew - s/t LP (Pass 3F-28002, Japan 1981?) w/obi ex/ex	€25
Well-known Can related item, with Karoli, Czukay & Liebezeit

Pete Brown & Piblokto! - Thousands on a Raft LP (Timeless TIME 708, UK 1970/2008) foc [500 copies] M/M *NEW*	€15

The Pirates (IRL) - To Ireland I Did Fly LP (Tara Records 1006, IRL 1975) EX/EX-	€35
Rare early Tara release, a mix of trad and folkrock, about 50% successful
but an interesting listen for those into the genre. Sleeve notes by Terry
Woods, who rated the band highly.
Planxty - The Planxty Colletion LP (Polydor 2382 397, UK 1976) orig unipak foc ex/ex	€15
Poe - Up Through The Spiral LP (Uni 73099, US 1971) foc rubbed/coh vg+/ex	€25
front cover back cover Poet And The One Man Band - s/t LP (Paramount PAS 5010, US 1969) m-/m-	€30
Poet And The One Man Band recorded two LPs but only this one was released.
They then split into Fotheringay (Pat Donaldson, Jerry Donahue & Albert Lee) and
Heads Hands And Feet (Tony Colton, Pete Gavin, Ray Smith, Mike O'Neill and
again Albert Lee). This is similar to the (excellent) first HH&F album and also
quite Beatles-esque in places. I've seen it compared to the first Thin Lizzy
album but I don't really heae that. With superb playing by Nicky Hopkins. An
obscure, under-rated masterpiece of an album.
 Point Blank - s/t LP (Arista AL 4087, US 1976) w/inner ex/ex	€20
Highly rated southern rock/hard rock, first LP, hard to find.

 Iggy Pop - The Idiot LP (RCA NL 82275, Germany 1977) ear9y 80s issue ex/ex	€10
1st solo LP, though Bowie probably deserves co-credit as all tracks are
Pop/Bowie compositions. Iggy's most experimental album, apart perhaps from
	"Zombie Birdhouse".
 Iggy Pop - TV Eye LP (Live 1977) (RCA PL-12796, Holland 1978) w/inner ex/ex	€15
3rd solo LP, recorded live in 1977, mixing tracks from his first two solo LPs
with Stooges material ("T.V.Eye", "Dirt", I Wanna Be Your Dog").
 Iggy Pop - New Values LP (Arista 210 997, Germany 1979) ex/ex	€12
4th solo LP. Recorded with James Williamson and Scott Thurston from the "Raw
Power" Stooges days. This is his best solo LP IMO. There are some great songs
here: "I'm Bored", "Don't Look Down" (which Bowie later covered/butchered as
reggae-lite!), "The Endless Sea", "Five Foot One", etc.
 Iggy Pop - Solider LP (Arista 201 160, Germany 1980) ex/ex	€12
5th solo LP. His "UK punk" album, with people like Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols),
Steve New (Rich Kids) & Barry Andrews (XTC) appearing. Predictably, it's not as
good as it should be. There's a lot of filler with only about half the songs
standing up, and the production is limp (where's the lead guitar?), but Iggy
	himself is in fine form.
Iggy Pop - Zombie Birdhouse LP (Animal APE 6000, US 1982) coh ex/ex	€12
7th solo LP. After the disastrous attempted dance-pop of the truly appalling
"Party" LP, (his 6th, from 1981), Iggy returned with a record on which he sounds
like the walking dead. Easily Iggy's most lifeless performance. This is where I
stopped buying his LPs. All tunes by Rob Du Prey.

 Ramatam - s/t LP (Atlantic SD 7236, US 1972) co ex/ex	€15
debut, with Mitch Mitchell, ex Jimi Hendrix Experience
 Ratchell - s/t LP (MCA MAPS 5725, NZ 1871) woc, stains vg/ex	€17
An excellent, highly under-rated album, I rescued this copy from a junk store
in New Plymouth (NZ) as the disc is in fine condition and the cover is unique
to NZ. It's condition is another matter: typical junk store fare with woc, stains,
creases, edge wear, etc. Even so this copy is a bargain! With the Couchois brothers
and Larry Byrom ex Steppenwolf. CSN&Y was the main influence here though the results
are a lot better than you'd maybe expect.
 Raven - s/t LP (Columbia CS 9903, US 1969) soc co ex/ex	€20
Red 360 degree label. Great live-in-the-studio recording of raw,
unpolished, heavy, distorted, bluesy rock with a heavy organ sound,
like a much less refined (and much bluesier) version of Procol Harum,
	or Juicy Lucy.
Noel Redding Band - Blowin' LP (RCA Records RS 1084, UK 1976) +insert rw/wobc VG/VG	€10
Noel Redding was of course a member of the Jimi Hendrix Experience from 1966-69,
i.e. he's on all the best Hendrix records, and as such his place in the pantheon
is assured. But he was a sideman, not a frontman, an average singer at best and
more fundamentally a mediocre songwriter. The rest of his band were similarly
gifted and as a result this album is very very generic sounding. It lacks a strong
personality. It's no better or worse than the previous effort Clonakilty Cowboys (1975).
The only notable difference is a couple of songwriting credits for ex Thin Lizzy guitarist
Eric Bell. Redding's only post-Hendrix project of real note was the self-titled Road LP
	from 1972.
 Lou Reed - Metal Machine Music 2xLP (RCA Victor CPL2-1101, NL 1975) ex/ex	€25
	Dutch issue, very nice copy
 Lou Reed - Rock And Roll Heart LP (Arista/Negram 4100, Holland 1976) w/inner ex/ex	€10
His 7th studio LP, his first for Arista and the precursor to Street Hassle.
Includes "A Sheltered Life", a song demoed by but never recorded by the Velvet
	Underground.
Lou Reed - Growing Up In Public LP (Arista SPART 1131, UK 1980) w/insert tss ex/ex	€10
His 10th studio LP, recorded just before his early 80s peak with "The Blue Mask"
and "Legendary Hearts". Not as good as either of those albums, but worthy.
 Refugee - s/t LP (Charisma CAS 1087, UK 1974) ex/ex	€25

 Revolver - First Shot LP (Hi Score/Polydor 2372 089, Germany 1981) w/inner m-/m-	€20
German hard rock band led by Dieter Dirks. This is their debut w/female
singer (dumped on second LP). Nice copy. Not very good but hard to find.

 Dickie Rock & The Miami Showband - s/t LP (Hallmark HMA 233, UK 1971) ex/ex	€25
Irish 60s beat band; this LP compiles singles released on Irish Pye between
1963-67 which range from beat to rock and roll to R&B to crooner ballads. Pretty
	scarce in good nick.
 Rockin' Horse - s/t LP (RCA APL1-0937 US 1975) co ex/ex	€25
Another obscure rock LP on RCA.. ya gotta wonder, did RCA promote
anything? This is an excellent hard rock LP and has nothing to do
with Jimmy Campbell or Liverpool Express, despite what Allmusic
	might tell you.
Rock Workshop - The Very Last Time LP (CBS 64394, NL 1971) foc swoc ex/ex	€25
	With Ray Russell.

 Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers LP (Rolling Stone/CBS 450195, NL 1971/198?) w/inner m-/m-	€15
CBS issue from the early 80s. Good pressing and a perfect, like new copy
 Mick Ronson - Play Don't Worry LP (RCA Records APL1 0681, UK 1974) foc EX-/EX	€10
Tim Rose - Love - A Kind Of Hate Story LP (EMI Capitol ST 22673, UK 1971) flipback ex/ex	€15
4th solo album on which he is backed by Rumplestilkskin, an early 70s
rock band with two albums to their credit: Alan Parker (guitar), Herbie Flowers
(bass) & Clem Cattini (drums). Consequently this is far more 'rock' than Rose's
earlier albums. Not to everyone's taste, but he manages to make Peter Sarstead's
dreary "Where Do You Go to My Lovely" listenable. He also covers Rare Bird's
	"Sympathy" and the Bee Gees.
Walter Rossi - Six Strings Nine Lives LP (Aquarius 1c-064-62120, Germany 1978) w/inner ex/ex	OFFERS
Superb guitarist, ex Charlee. This is the rarer edition of this second or third
solo LP, with the delicate gimmick outer cover (which folds out into a guitar!),
which is intact and in near perfect condition.
 Rowdies - Friends LP (CNR ZZ 1624, NL 1970) EX/EX	€50
Well-known Dutch band, fantastic psychedelic sleeve. The contents are tamer than that
sleeve might suggest, but its still superior 1967-era beat/psych which must've sounded
very out of date when it was released in 1970.
 Todd Rundgren - Something/Anything? 2xLP (Bearsville/Warners 2BX 2066, US 1972) foc, rw ex/ex	€12
3rd solo LP. This is highly rated by many and is often raved about as some sort
of pinnacle of the visionary multi-dimensional multi-concept kaleidoscopic pop
genius mangum opus, but frankly I don't hear it.
(Ray Russell) Rock Follies - s/t LP (Island Records ILPS 9362, UK 1976) inner sleeve EX/EX	€14
Nice copy, French import sticker on fully laminated cover (removeable).
With Ray Russell on guitar; music by Andy Mackay (Roxy Music).
