 Celtic Folkweave - s/t LP (Polydor Records 2480 253, France 1974) laminated ew VG+/EX-	€15
Sold to me as NM, this copy has many hairlines and the sleeve is a little creased and has
some wear and minor splitting at the top right corner -- Near Mint my ass! This is the French
pressing of the Celtic Folkweave LP from 1974, sonically superior (to my ears) to the Irish
original. I am still looking or a NM copy of this, so please get in touch if you have one.
	Here's a bargain VG+/EX- copy for €15
Chant! Chant! Chant! - Quicksand/Play Safe 7" (Peig The Man)

Dignam & Goff - The Hand of Love/Time On My Hands 7" (Solid Records ROK 730, IRL 1990) EX/* €1

The Dixons - Ingrid Bergman 7" (Purple)
Dr.Millar And The Cute Hoors - Call Me Dirt EP 12" (Treasure Island Discs)
Irish indie guitar quintet, where are they now? Self-released EP.
Dr.Millar And The Cute Hoors - Romance In Ab/Deep Pig 7" (Treasure Island Discs)
Johnny Duhan - Current Affairs LP (Plastic TONS 737, IRL 1984) w/insert, sticker damage vg+/ex
ex Granny's Intentions frontman; I don't know what he did in the '70s, but
	this is his solo debut.
Paul Egan - Island of Dreams LP (CBS 83851, UK 1979) signed ex/ex
Irish solo artist, rare progressive/electronics. Side one has four 70s euro prog
tracks, like Eloy, Genesis, with slight fusion-esque tone and quite French sounding.
But the best stuff is on side two, one long (10+ min) track and one shorter one.
Egan was an Irish multi-instrumentist based in Paris and I must admit I'd never
heard of him or his album. He plays guitars, percussion and all sorts of keyboards.
The album features several guest musicians on drums, guitars, flutes, piano and
violin (David Cross of King Crimson). All instrumental. This has got to be a rare
item. Released on CBS thru Midnite Records (Jackie Hayden). Signed on the front
	cover by Egan.
Energy Orchard - s/t LP (MCA Records MCG 6083, UK 1990) tss ex/m-
The Establishment - Sitting On A Fence/How Long Does This Charade Go On 7" (EMI IEMI 5069, IRL 1977) na/ex

The Fountainhead - Burning Torch LP (China WOL 3, UK 1986) ex/ex
The Fountainhead - So Good Now (live) 7" (China WOK13, UK 1987) Irish promo edition distr by CBS (stickered) EX/EX
Irish promo edition -- it's the UK pressing with an Irish CBS sticker on the cover.
Fox - s/t LP (GTO Records GTLP001 (2312 101), UK 1975) ew	€5
Not my cup of tea. With Herbie Armstrong ex Them
Freemen - Lark in the Morning LP (Emerald Gem GES 1063, UK 1971) EX/EX	€10
Solid ballad folk album, not everyone's cup of tea but a superior example of
the genre and indicative of the folk boom of the 60s. Some dealers have been
known to label this "acid folk" which is ludicrous and frankly dishonest.
There is nothing remotely psychedelic about this record except perhasp the
	cover artwork! This is FOLK.
The Freshmen - You've Never Heard Anything Like It 7" (Release RL 975, IRL 1979) taped seams/rw vg+/ex
Rare Irish punk, on one of the KBD-style comps.
Full Circle - Buskin' LP (Michelle Records FCM 2000, IRL undated) VG+/EX-
Rare private pressing. Full Circle were a Dublin club band containing
members of the Greenbeats among others. They were active 1978-85, so
this album must date from this period. All covers and mostly live
recordings. Full autographed. Impossible to find. Seams have tape
	damage.
(Thin Lizzy) Funky Junction - A Tribute To Deep Purple LP (Gold Stereo Award MER 373, UK 1973) EX/EX	€30
Deep Purple covers "tribute" album recorded by Thin Lizzy (Lynott-Downey-Bell lineup)
for a 'dodgy German businessman'. Note that vocals are not by Lynott, they're by
Bernie White, singer with an unrecorded Dublin band called Elmer Fudd. To avoid
disappointment, I should point out that some tracks are pretty bad(!), but there's
good stuff too and this is an essential purchase for early Lizzy fans IMO.
The Fureys & Davey Arthur - Banshee LP (Dolphin Records DOL 1010, IRL 1978) EX-/EX	OFFERS
Rare transitional album cathcing the Fureys betwen their traditional past and
their future pop chart success; mostly though this album is sought after for
it's cover. It LOOKS like an acid-folk masterpiece but the music, while pleasant,
falls short of such accolades. Rare and hard to find.
The Golden Horde - Dig That Crazy Grave EP 7" (Hotwire/Crashed WAY OUT 1, IRL 1984) EX/EX
	debut release
Harvest Ministers - You Do My World The World Of Good EP (Crayon Records HM1, IRL 1991) M-/M-

Larry Hogan - Simple Song of Love LP (Polydor 2904 004, IRL 1974) EX/Ex	€30
singer-songwriter folkie, a rare Irish only release on Polydor
 Terry Hooley (& Rudi) - Laugh At Me/Magazine Smile 7" (Fresh 4, UK 1989) EX/EX
Horslips - Johnny's Wedding/Flower Among Them All 7" (Oats MOO1, IRL 1972) (PS) ex-/ex
	rare self-released debut single
Horslips - The Tain (1973) CD (Homespun MOO CD 5, IRL 1989) m/m
	first CD issue of 2nd
Horslips - Book of Invasions (1976) CD (Homespun MOO CD 12, IRL 1989) m/m
	first CD issue
Horslips - Power And The Glory / Sir Festus Burke 7" (DJM Records 2043 013, Germany 1977) woc EX/EX
Nice German only picture sleeve, identical front and back covers so the minor
woc should not be an issue. A nice crisp copy otherwise.
Icon Trial - Best Kept Secret EP 7" (Red River RED 001, IRL 1989) EX/EX	€20
The Indians - Indian Reservation LP (Hawk HALPX 109, IRL 1972) woc vg/ex
Andy Irvine & Paul Brady - s/t LP (Mulligan LUN 008, IRL 1976) stobc ex/ex
Irvine (ex Sweeney's Men & Brady (ex Johnstons) recorded this album after both
had left Planxty; Brady now considers it his best. A classic folk album, this is
the rare, original Irish release on Donal Lunny's Mulligan label.
The Johnstons - Give A Damn LP (Transatlantic TRA 184, UK 1969) ex(-)/ex	€20
First pressing, excellent under-rated folk-rock band.
slight staining on top seam, hence ex(-) cover grading
Johnstons - If I Sang My Song LP (Transatlantic TRA 251, UK 1972) foc tobc ex/ex
Later album recorded as a duo, Paul Brady & Adrienne Johnston
 Jonathan Kelly - s/t LP (Parlophone PCS 7114, UK 1970) vg/ex

Kissed Air - Out of the Night/Change Of Attention 7" (Kabuki KA3, UK 1982) EX/EX	€15
Rick Laird - Soft Focus LP (Timeless, NL 1976) EX/EX	OFFERS
Very tough to find, Rick Laird's (Mahavishnu Orchestra, Return To Forever) only solo LP on small
	dutch jazz label.
 Light - s/t LP (Mint Records MINT 11, UK 1978) ex/ex
Rare original, on small independent northern Ireland label, featuring ex Them members
Light A Big Fire - CIA / Danny 7" (Hotwire HWS 854, IRL 1985) ex/vg
Another rare single on the short-lived Irish label. LABF didn't live up to their
promise, with the band appearing far tamer on record than live. Still a great single.
Unfortunately it has a crack in it (its a really cheap, thin plastic pressing). It
plays OK but is basically a filler copy.
 Light A Big Fire - Greenboys / The Boom-Boom Room 7" (Hotwire HWS 859, IRL 1985) ex-/ex
 Light A Big Fire - I See People 2x7" (Siren SRND-45, UK 1985) foc ex/ex

Operating Theatre - Early Days 2xCD (DEAF, IRL 2006) w/DEAF 2006 program
Fantastic double-CD set which collects most of this seminal Irish

recording from 1999. A must for Roger Doyle fans, espcially for
the inclusion of the rare CBS singles and some previously

Village Green - Our Generation LP (Triskel TRL 1004, IRL 1978) vg+/ex
There aren't that many Irish celtic rock LPs from the 70s. There are lots
of singles which would make a great comp but not that many LPs -- well this
is half of one. Just over half the tracks are comparable to Horslips, Spud,
Keltic Wine, Mushroom, the Rascals, mid-70s Skid Row even; the rest is folk
rock, nice enough but nothing special. A tough one to find. Triskell was
a Dolphin and like all late 70s records on this label, the cover is wafer
thin and has suffered soem edgewear and creasing as a result: no tears or
rips, no seam splits, no writing, just a little but aged. Recommended to
Horslips fans -- there's even a perfect Horslips copycat track.
Virgin Prunes - Moments and Mine/In the Greylight 7" (Obnoxious/Skydog RT 072, France 1981) ex/ex

	unplayed.
