John Cale - Animal Justice EP 12" (Illegal IL003, UK 1977) sleeve stained at edges vg/ex €5 This is a 45 rpm 12" EP w/3 songs: Chicken Shit (3:25), Memphis (3:15) & Hedda Gabbler (7:53). I'm not familiar enough with Cale's output to say if these are non-LP tracks or not.
Billy Connolly - A Big Yin 2xLP (Cambra CR133, UK 1984) ex-/ex/ex(-) €9
Buck Dharma - Flat Out LP (Portrait PRT 85997, UK 1982) ex/ex €5 Blue Oyster Cult guitarist Buck Dharma solo LP, more restrained than you'd probably expect.
Marlene Dietrich - Lili Marlene LP (MCA Coral COPS 1259, 1973) ex/ex €2
Donovan - The World of Donovan 2xLP (Epic Records EPC 66289, NL 1972) foc €9 Decent overview of Donovan's rockier period. Still a vastly under-rated artist, unfairly compared to Dylan in the beginning though I can't stand that stuff anyway, it's too naive. Donovan recorded a shocking amount of bad material during his career, but from 1967-72 he made some classic recordings, and many of them are here: "Wear Your Love Like Heaven", "Barabajagal", "Fat Angel", "Changes", etc. Omitting "Celtic Rock" was a serious oversight! Otherwise this is a great -- and cheap! -- intro to the man.
Percy Faith - Clair LP (CBS Records 65468, NL 1973) orange label EX/EX €10 Fox - s/t LP (GTO Records GTLP001 (2312 101), UK 1975) ew €5 With Herbie Armstrong ex Them

Head East - s/t (A&M AMLH 64680, UK 1978) ex-/ex €5 Head East were a US mid-western band who fell between several stools. There are elements of rock, prog, heavy, pomp, etc in their music, but no single direction. This (their 4th LP) and the double live album (1979) are the closest they got to making record that really rocked. The double live is undoubtedly the "must own" album, but if you want to add a studio LP, this is the one. Steve Hillage - L LP (Virgin 28 023, Germany 1976) ex-/ex €4
The Hollies - Greatest Hits Vol.2 LP (Parlophone PCS 7148, UK 1963-71/1972) EX/VG+ €8 Second volume of Greatest Hits. Disc has hairlines but plays fine. You just can't beat these old Parlophone/EMI pressings.

Live Experience Band - Jimi Hendrix Portrait 2xLP (Ken K 712-713, Swiss 1970) foc toc VG+/EX €5 Often mistaken for a Hendrix bootleg, the Live Experience Band were a Swiss outfit who specialised in Hendrix covers. This set originally consisted of one disc of Hendrix covers and one disc of originals -- this only contains the latter.
Herbie Mann - London Underground LP (Atlantic ATL 50032, Germany 1974) ex/ex €9 Mann made lots of fusion LPs in the late 60s/early 70s, some of which are great and many of which feature Sonny Sharrock! But not this one. This is probably the most rock/jazzrock album he made featuring a host of UK rock gentry guests including soem fine guitar from ex Rolling Stone Mick Taylor.
Matrix - s/t LP (Rare Earth R542L, US 1972) cc ex/ex €7 Moody Blues - The Lost Performance: Live in Paris 1970 DVD (Inspire Music 500711, NL 1970/2004) new €5 The famous Bataclan concert from French TV, 1970. What no-one tells you is only the vocals are live... So it's the Moody Blues singing over backing tapes. There isn't much live video of prime Moodys alas. Brand new copy, region 2 DVD.

Mott The Hoople - Mott LP (Castle CLALP 138X, UK 1972) ex/ex €5 1987 reissue in single cover, probbaly their best glam era album.
Sunny Murray - An Even Break (Never Give A Sucker) LP (Affinity AFF 30, UK 1979) ex/vg+ €5
Paul Nero Sounds - Bubble Gum Party. Non Stop Party Fire LP (Liberty/Stern Musik LBS 83265 1, Germany 1969) gimmick foc EX/EX €10 Gimmick flap has one horizontal crease, spine is a little frayed; black-silver Liberty label
Octopus - Tonight LP (Gnome Special GSP 17008 GL, NL 1981) ex/ex €10 Obscure melodic (hard) rock... Octopus recorded some dreadful close harmony pop records in the style of BZN in the mid-70s, mostly covers of standards and ballads from the pre-rock era (many are collected on the "Oldies But Goldies" LP from 1977). This was a later incarnation of the band pursuing a poppy hard rock direction. It's about as bad as you can imagine.
Mike Oldfield - Hergest Ridge LP (Virgin Records V2013, UK 1974) slight sticker damage EX/EX €10 A common record, but this is a genuine UK 1st press.
Mike Oldfield - Ommadawn LP (Virgin 27493XOT (V2043) NL 1975) +inner M-/M- €9 With Clodagh Simmonds of Mellow Candle.
Olympic - Kanagom (Supraphon 1113 3838, Czech 1985) edgewear ex/ex €8 Mediocre punky hard rock from Czechoslovakia with great glue-sniffing cover!
The Osmonds - The Plan LP (Kolob/MGM Records 2315 251, NL 1973) inner VG/VG €1 Interested in finding out what God has planned for you? Look no further, it's all here! Some people have the audacity to describe this as "hard rock" in parts and mention Zeppelin influences... such people have done one too many bong hits.
Paris - s/t LP (Capitol ST-11464, US 1976) co (punch-hole) w/inner, tatty vg+/ex €5 w/Bob Welch, ex Fleetwood Mac. Apologies for the rubbishy photo! The white blob top left is the Capitol Records logo; the white blob top right is the cutout hole.
Point Blank - On A Roll LP (MCA Records 5312, USA 1982) co SS €5 Still sealed but there is some dust/dirt under the shrink which should come off. Sold as is.
Procol Harum - A Salty Dog LP (A&M SP 4179, US 1969) vg+/vg+ €5 Third album, a classic.
Lou Reed/Velvet Underground - Street Hassle EP 12" (Ariola 1c-062-61468, Germany 1978) sticker shadow EX/M- €8 With two licensed Velvets tracks on the B-side. Superb sound quality.
Rockets - Sound of the Future (Derby/Record Bazaar RB 208, Italy 1979) €5 This Italian sleeve contains two discs: "Plasteroid" (Rockland RKL 20.137, France 1979) and "Galaxy" (WEA58179, Germany). They don't belong together but what can you do! So you get two albums in the wrong sleeve for 5 euro -- worth it for the fantastic sleeve design alone, if you ask me (looks like a lost Von Lmo album!)
Amalia Rodrigues - Amalia Rodrigues No Jarao. Gravado Ao Vivo Em Tokio No Teatro Sankei LP (EMI Columbia 8E 072 40158, Portugal 1971) EX/EX €10 1971 pressing in remarkable condition; black label with blue Columbia logo Recorded live in Tokyo

Triumph - s/t LP (Attic LAT 1012, Canada 1976) ex/ex €25 Canadian original of debut, a fairly dull hard-rock album!
Vangelis - Hypothesis LP (Affinity/Bellaphon CR 3037, Germany 1978) ex/ex €9 Extended prog/jazz recordings made for BYG in France in 1970 but never released. One of three late 70s Vangelis albums of previously unreleased material which were withdrawn.
Windchase - Symphinity LP (Infinity L-36216, Australia 1977) foc+insert ex/ex(*) €9 classic Australian prog, ex Sebastian Hardie; there's an audible scuff on A1, but it's not too disturbing
Edgar Winter Group - They Only Come Out At Night LP (Epic EPC 65074, UK 1972) unipak-foc, yellow label ex/ex €9 Nice UK orig copy
v/a - Peter and the Wolf LP (RSO/Polydor 2479 167, NL 1975) with booklet EX-/EX €10 Featuring a host of famous names including Gary Moore as "a duck". Thats all you really need to know. His fellow Colosseum players are featured as well as Manfred Mann and others you can look up online. It's prog-tastic! The only surprise is it's not on Charisma, it's certainly mad enough. Booklet in nice condition, sleeve slightly creased at edges and with one ding at bottom. section 2: 80s/90s LPs
A.C.Temple - Sourpuss LP (Torso/Blast First 33159, Holland 1989) new m/m- €2,50 Great, under-rated band from Leeds; whatever happened to them?

Bunnydrums - PKD LP (Red Music RM 005, US 1983) ex/ex €7 Great lost band, a sort of urban funk meets new wave. Could easily have fit into the 99 Records stable. Comparable to the Stickmen, Tar Babies, ESG, etc

Individuals - Aquamarine EP 12" (Lust/Unlust/Plexus JMB-240/VR22036, US/NL 1981) EX/EX €5 US new wave with the Wygals. I'm pretty sure this is a US press though it has the Plexus logo on one label (Plexus was a dutch new wave label...) The cover has a dutch import sticker. So I dunno... I've seen other Plexus releases as US pressings so it's not unique in that regard. In fact Plexus still exists as a record shop in Delft where you can still buy unsold stock . . . but not this one. Pretty good new wave which doesn't really do it for me.
Jazz Butcher - Roadrunner 12" (Glass 12040, UK 1984) m-/m- €6 The fifth Pat Fish / Jazz Butcher release, with David J on bass. Like all Glass Records releases, this is getting hard to find. A-side in a Modern Lovers cover; b-side has "Rain" and "Drink".

Grace Jones - Warm Leatherette LP (Island 202 163, Germany 1980) ex/ex €5 Fourth album, but the first to follow her trademark slickly produced new wave influenced electro-disco-funk formula. With Sly & Robbie. Sure it's manufactured but the formula works. The title track is a fantastic cover of The Normal's electro-synth classic from 1978.

Reds - s/t LP (A&M AMLH 64772, UK 1979) green vinyl w/inner slrw/stoc ex/ex €9 Under-rated major label new wave band, their first of 3 LPs. This one really rocks. Not a great pressing though.
Saxon - Wheels of Steel LP (Carrere CA 67.484, France 1980) foc ex/ex €4 Classic second album. Too bad their records were pressed in France -- it ain't exactly an audiophile's dream! -- but this is worth owning for the title track alone, which is simultaneous more primitive AND more ambitious than anything Motorhead did. A curiously under-rated band.
Saxon - Strong Arm Of The Law LP (Carrere 67.621, France 1980) foc ex(-)/ex €9 Third and last good/great album.
