CBS labels

On this page are the three principal CBS label designs of the 1960s-80s.

1. (matt) orange label with black
CBS logo. Used up to the mid-70s. 2. red/yellow "Sunburst" label, sometimes referred to as the
pacman label because of the
shape of the 'C' in the CBS logo.
Used from the early 70s onwards. 3. red label with white CBS logo AKA red/white label. There are also variations. Used from the early 80s onwards.
