House Rules is about astrological
rulerships. It attempts to combine many astrological principals together
in one volume to make it easier for the student of astrology to locate
hard-to-find information. This work synthesises the principles of several
of the esoteric arts together, as they should work harmoniously with each
other and not independently, when performing any type of reading or character
analysis.
It provides an introduction to
the astrology that we use today, including a detailed description of the
signs, planets and houses. Special mention is given to the Rising Sign
because it reflects our personalities. An entire chapter is devoted to
the Moon, which is the closest body to our Earth and therefore has a major
influence on our lives, especially if we happen to be lunar types living
in a solar world. Aspect analysis is discussed because it is an essential
element involved in delineating a chart. In addition, a simple chart interpretation
procedure is provided to enable the student of astrology to try his had
at the art.
There are some elements of astrology
that, while not essential, add flavour to a chart and help us to gain insight
into the subtle nuances that make the person: this is especially so if the time
of birth is not known. Midpoints, Arabic Parts and Fixed Stars are discussed
in great detail in this work.
Because there are many elements of our
lives that are ruled by the different signs, planets and houses, they are discussed
in individual chapters. The topics covered are numerology, the day of the week,
Tarot, Cabala, colour analysis, chakras, angels, palmistry, and the parts of
the body.
Included in the work are appendixes,
which are useful to the student of astrology. A selection of horoscopes and
delineations is provided to enable the reader to study them and gain a greater
understanding of the interpretation process. An appendix that gives the correct
procedure for mathematical calculations is provided to give the student of astrology
the opportunity to erect a chart for himself, thereby advancing his skill in
this science. Lastly, a comprehensive listing of astrological rulerships, which
includes the planet, sign and house, is included.

During my childhood I was rejected, neglected, and sometimes abused, and those experiences served to form the basis for my adult life. It has taken me years of self-analysis and reflection to come to terms with my childhood, which I have chronicled in this work. This book is the first in a series of books written under the pen name of Krystal Love.
