Date Cant remember   Time approx 0930   Exact place Moor Grange view

At approximately 0930, I had just turned onto Moor Grange View from Butcher Hill (West Park, Leeds). The road was busy and double-parked so in places one car would fit. Some silly cow in a large estate was coming the opposite way. She decided to drive at me full speed as if playing "chicken" with me. I, as a reflex and to avoid a collision, reversed. Unfortunately, behind me, to my left was the claimants vehicle, just off the edge of my line of vision and our vehicles connected causing minor damage to my rear passenger side and his front drivers side. The silly cow in the estate then mounted the pavement, crossed a grass verge to gain entry to the shopping precinct car park and sped away before I had the chance to tell the bitch nice lady what I thought of her driving.

People like that should catch the bus!
