I enrolled on Ramie Bleckt’s course by pure accident: my friend called me and asked if I kept her company and joined the Vedic Astrology and Alternative psychology course. She read about it in the “Charm” journal and would like to attend the course but not alone – she said it would be much interesting if we went together. Now I know there is nothing accidental in our life… I’ve never heard of Vedic astrology before, and I’ve always kept from reading articles like “Stars Warning” and such-like, as I’ve used to treat these things as charlatanry. Moreover, I am a programmer by profession, that is, I prefer logic and provability. The same way I treated the alternative psychology: psychology evidently is a very interesting subject, but in what way can it be alternative? Finally, curiosity overcame me, and I agreed to join the course. Especially because two days before my friend called me, I had been dismissed from my job. If I had continued working, I’m afraid I wouldn’t have been able to attend classes, because as a programmer I had irregular working hours and I used to return home not earlier than 8 pm. So, my friend and I decided to try the course.

As sages say, when a man is ready to ask questions, he will certainly meet someone who will answer them. I thank God for letting Ramie Bleckt come into my life. A new and absolutely unknown world has opened before my eyes. Vedic Astrology has appeared to be a completely logic and harmonious system, having nothing similar to what we used to read in the gutter press. We’ve obtained the invaluable knowledge. I’ve started to watch the world in its entirety; we’ve learned to assess our dealings correctly, our attitude towards the others has changed; in short, life has become easier and more joyful. Moreover, people around us cannot understand how we manage to irradiate happiness and love in our uneasy life. I am sometimes asked if I’m not afraid of getting to know of some difficult period in my life which is to begin in one or two years (this can be seen from a natal chart which we learned to draw up and interpret), and if it isn’t easier to live and be unaware of anything? I think that an astrological prognosis is a bit like a weather forecast: if you know beforehand that there’s going to be a storm, you may always get prepared, dress warmly and prepare an umbrella. But if you are ignorant of a coming storm, you’ll get wet, cold and frightened. The alternative psychology course teaches us how to get prepared for storms and rough weather in destiny. After all, sitting in a warm room near a fire-place, with a cup of hot coffee in hand, we think of the storm not like a wanderer soaking in a rainy day does. Everything depends on how we treat the matter.

When our first stage studies finished, we got confused: “We do not believe this is the end!” we told Ramie, “We are all real excited only now! We do want to continue the course! We (in this case, you Ramie) become responsible for what we have tamed. We want to continue the course to be able to help not only ourselves, but also our relatives, and everyone after all! We are not egoists, we love all and everyone, and we want to help people! Of course, we do not forget about ourselves. It’s not a secret that all students in our group are looking forward to a new meeting for the whole week.” As a result, we persuaded Ramie to open a second stage course which is going to start in the end of October. And I’m envious of those who are going to study at Ramie’s first stage course this year. What a wonderful feeling of changing the life and mood, of understanding what you’ve come to this world for – for pure Divine LOVE and HAPPINESS!

A whole year passed and the course is almost over. To tell the truth, I didn’t reckon it as a course. It had no beginning and no end. Once it started so smoothly, very long ago, and the appearance of Ramie and his articles in my life I perceived both as luck, and as a miracle, and kind of “my own” I’d been waiting for a long time. It’s really good if this “own” becomes well-arranged and harmonized, and it gives an opportunity to encourage myself, to listen and calm down.

Things which in usual life are considered as a senseless waste of time have become a necessary and reasonable part of your soul. Sometimes I even feel ashamed to confess to somebody of my desire to watch trees, sea and the sky for a long time. But it’s not idleness – you obtain the right for existence of the soul which needs it very much. You obtain the rear. Your back is now covered and safe from winds, fuss, irritation and offences which may blow you off your way.

Frankly speaking, for the first half year of studying I got rather upset because I mastered this science too slowly. How is it possible to understand all this, I thought, if tiny parts of a puzzle forming a chart are like drops of never-ending autumn rain? These drops are almost imperceptible on the face, but they make deep puddles and you’ll need boots to overcome them. Yogas, aspects, neutralizations, - there seems to be no end to these drops. The autumn rain is long. But at some moment I realized that together with the knowledge about planetary influences there comes the Knowledge in which astrological terms support the internal Light and Love.

Ramie, thank you for your patience and all the qualities inherent to “sunny” people. I will not list all of them and thus exaggerate the ”Lion’s Ego”, as you call it. But anyway, I wish to say that your Sun shines not only to you and those near you, but also to all of us – students, readers, listeners, and all people living in this world (it’s not necessary to be personally acquainted after all). Indeed, we, your students, have more luck, as we come to lessons where we can laugh and joke together and ask for a piece of advice; we can meet with interesting people invited by Ramie for running seminars and learn from them; we can get acquainted with new people joining the course, and read books carefully passed from one to another. Finally, we can get support and encouragement that everyone is good as he is. “Just remove the influence of aggressive Mars and calm the Moon down. Besides, your all-good Jupiter is very strong”, as Ramie adds.

Do work, and your fine rain illuminated by the Sun will turn into a rainbow. Life is not a mould of a chart. I wish you Love and Happiness – you, Ramie, and all those who were, who are and who will be.
