ISRAELI BRANCH
OF THE INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE OF ALTERNATIVE PSYCHOLOGISTS

The Israeli Center of Vedic
Astrology and Alternative Psychology was established in the year 2000. It all
began from the opening of a Vedic astrology course given by Ramie Bleckt, a
Vedic astrologer, philosopher and alternative psychology master, now heading
the International League of Alternative Psychologists. At the beginning,
Ramie taught, gave consultations and published his articles in periodical
press. Gradually, some of his students, wishing to help change not their
lives only, gathered around him. These were people of different occupations,
grown wise with experience and inspired by significant changes in their
lives. They felt gratitude to their Teacher and burnt with the desire to put
their knowledge into practice. They realized the importance of delivering the
True knowledge and helping the others, they knew that the presence of the
Divine Love could change much both in one person’s life and in the destiny of
the Earth.
Asya (Leana) Migdal created a site
of the Israeli Center of Vedic culture (http://www.ram-bhakti.com),
which provided the Internet users from all over the world with the
opportunity to learn about Vedic sacred writings and the Center’s activities.
In order to render real help to
needy people, Svetlana Kogan together with supporters established a
charitable foundation “Keren Osher” (“Light of Happiness”). The organization
started to arrange thematic evenings, lectures and charity vegetarian dinners
for poor elderly people.
Today, several hundred people in
Israel are studying or have studied at the Vedic astrology and Alternative
psychology courses.
Since June 2004, Marina Targakova,
a homeopath, conventional and alternative psychologist and psychotherapist,
started to take an active part in the Center’s work. At that very time, on
the Holly land of Jerusalem, the idea of establishing the International
League of Alternative Psychologists arose. In Jerusalem, a pilgrimage for
people belonging to various religious confessions, where you feel the Divine
presence even in the air, this idea shaped into a definite plan of activities
for people of different ages, nationalities and religious belonging.
In December 2004 Marina Targakova
conducted her first one-week seminar in Israel entitled “Alternative
psychology, the first level” for a group of over twenty participants. Almost
all the students were former or present pupils of Ramie Bleckt, hence they
had already been prepared for acquiring deep and serious knowledge.
Nevertheless, the seminar surpassed all expectations: everyone was inspired
by how deeply the material was delivered, as well as by Marina’s
professionalism and love she illuminated. Being an alternative psychology
consultant requires both knowledge in lots of various subjects, and deep
personal changes, realization and comprehension, as well as great
responsibility for your every step. Now Marina holds a post of the
Vice-President of the International League of Alternative Psychologists.
The Israeli Center continues to
expand its activity. Since the year 2005 monthly philosophic meetings
dedicated to studying “Bhagavad-gita”, one of the main parts of the Vedas
which describes their philosophic basis, are held.
In March 2005 Asya (Leana) Migdal,
a graduate of the Vastu Veda Academy in London and certified
Vastu-consultant, composed and opened a unique course in Russian language on
one of the ancient Vedic disciplines – Vastu. It is a science about the
nature’s laws and their influence on physical and psychological health of
people in everyday life.
At present, a course on
Alternative psychology for children is being developed. Several lessons in
Hebrew have been given with success in some schools. In the near future, we
are planning to open a course on Vedic astrology and Alternative psychology
for the children of Ramie’s students. The course is being composed and will
be taught by Marina Targakova, Zhanna Godovsky (she is the director of a
school), Asya (Leana) Migdal and Ramie Bleckt.
The Israeli Center has a lot of
interesting ideas. We are looking forward to the next Marina Targakova’s
visit to Israel. We are planning to organize seminars and consultations given
by the most prominent contemporary psychologists and psychotherapists. We
wish to open an Alternative psychology club which could be visited by any
person who needs help from an astrologer or alternative psychologist in
solving his life problems, where everyone could attend a lecture or listen to
a concert or just meet and talk to interesting people. We are also planning
to open an Israeli alternative psychology schools network. This is only the
beginning! We believe that we have a great future and we will be happy to
meet everyone who will join us!
We wish you all Divine Love!
