The interview with Rami Blekt, 23/06/05

Rami
Blekt is a well-known Vedic astrologer and a master of alternative psychology.
For the last five years he heads the Israeli Centre of Vedic Astrology and
Ayur-veda (the Divine instruction for this world). Two years ago he was elected
the president of the international league of alternative psychologists. With
great success he gives lectures, courses and seminars on alternative psychology
(i.e. “Anatomy of Success”) and Vedic astrology in different countries. He
advises famous businessmen and politicians in many counties of the world. Some
people look at him as at a great mystic due to his ability to make precise
predictions and to give advices, following which a person can make a complete
recovery from the most serious illnesses and improve her/his life in all
aspects. But Rami does not like when people call him mystic, he says that
although he uses the knowledge, which was received by the great wise men of
ancient India in the process of meditation, it is scientific and logical.
The basic ideas which
R.Bleckt tries to convey to people is that we are not the material bodies from
time to time testing spiritual experience, but the spiritual souls who from
time to time are testing material experience. Varying inside we change the
outside. Our life is what we think of it. Ideas give rise to an act. The act
gives rise to a habit. A habit makes a character. And character is the destiny
and thus it is impossible to change destiny of the person without change of his
character and outlook. The goal of life is developing the love for God.
In
August 2005 he gives seminars and private consultations in Canada and he agreed
to answer our questions.
- Which place in your life takes traveling, do you travel a lot?
R.B. - All my life is one big travel, and that, apropos, is
shown in my astrologic map - I will travel a lot and successfully. I started to
travel as a sportsman in my childhood, then I visited India, Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, Israel.
- You say that this is by
your destiny; does it mean that there are people to whom traveling is not good?
R.B. - Rarely, but they are. And they, as a rule, do not like traveling, and if they
travel something usually happens to them… Many people have periods when better
not travel and stay home, or contrary, there
are very good periods for travel.
- What does "good for travel
periods" mean?
R.B. - Everything in this world is cyclic. And every
one of us has in his/her life good and bad periods both in general and in different
aspects of life – health, work or traveling. Sometimes we succeed in everything
we do and we feel on the rise, but sometimes the opposite. It depends on
disposition of the stars that influence us. And this influence, in its turn,
depends on our karma, i.e. on our activities in previous lives and in this life
as well.
- Is that true that the time
when the travel starts is very important?
R.B. - Yes,
of course. There is time when everything started in will bring only good
results and good luck, and the contrary. The influence of planets is very
important at this point. Let me give an example: All ancient civilizations
lived accordingly to the lunar calendar, and in particular, sowed seeds only in
certain days. And that was proved by modern science, that sowing seeds in
certain lunar days could be more fertile, than in any other days. There are
days that no matter how well you sow no seeds will sprout.
- Can you tell some examples
proving your words?
R.B. - As
many as you wish. For
example, I advised one woman to postpone her travel, and several months later
her travel agent called her and told that there is a huge discount on the
itinerary she always wished to go. Of course,
she seized the opportunity, enjoyed her travel and met a man, with whom she
started a new big successful business. Her friend,
who decided anyway to go for the trip that I did not advise, has been trying
until today to get compensation from a travel agent on the spoiled holidays.
- Which travel do you remember the most?
R.B. - Every travel brings something new. But most of all I remember travels in Israel, India and European Alps. In
India I experienced many spiritual
realizations. Israel amazes me with its picturesque
diversity on such a small piece of land. These countries have astonishing energy
(energetics). Alps pleased me with beauty and majesty, especially in Austria.
- Which general advices can you give to our readers
going for a travel?
R.B. - a)very important to choose the right
fellow-traveler; b) to visit more holy places; c) to be closer to the nature,
as cities, even most beautiful ones take away thin energies; d) try to learn
something new, to get some spiritual experience in each travel.
- What spiritual experience can be received in a regular
trip?
R.B. - Like, you can see that in every part of the world
people work in order to get satisfied, but nobody became completely happy with
it. In India there are more truly happy
people than in the United States, and this is a statistics.
So, you can make a conclusion that the real happiness does not depend on
material achievements.
- How do you travel in the last time?
R.B. - In
general I travel by work, give lectures and consultations. And in every place I
come I have one same indispensable request to organizers: to show me the local
places of interest and, if possible to meet the most spiritually advanced
personalities.
- When for the last time were you in India?
R.B. - In March
2005, I visited several seminars in different parts of India, and traveled a lot in Himalayas I met with famous spiritual
Teachers, in particular, with Dalai-Lama and Say-Baba (I am not their follower).
- Do stars say anything about
what time is the best to start a journey?
R.B. - I
advise not to start traveling to East on Saturday and Monday, to West on
Sunday, to North on Tuesday and Wednesday, and to South on Thursday, it will
not bring good results. I recommend starting travel to East on Tuesday, to West
on Wednesday and Thursday, to North on Friday and Sunday, to South on Monday
and Saturday. Good if the travel starts when the Moon is in constellations:
Mrigashira, Ashvini, Pushja, Anuradha, Hasta, Punarvasu, Revati, Mula,
Sharavana and Dhanishta. The best
time to start a journey is abhidjit-muhurta, or apparent (true), when Sun is in its full strength
and any evil influences step back. But the most important thing is to start and
do everything with unconditional love and then all the world will be for you! I
wholeheartedly wish you Divine love and happiness!
- Rami, we couldn’t agree with you
more. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us wonderful advices and
for sharing with us your reflections! We wish you much success for your
seminars in Canada.
