nutritionists design a weight loss
plan specifically for that person
based on factors such as, medical
history, current eating habits, and
level of activity just to name a few.
What We Are Not
“The Smart Weigh” is not a
starvation diet, and we do not
encourage eliminating any food
groups. We design a program for
you that includes REAL food, food
from every food group which is
essential for healthy living. You
prepare your meals the way you like,
you choose the foods you want!

We feature two programs; the

personalized weight loss plan
designed by our certified nutritionist,
a food journal to help in planning
your meals day to day, a weekly
tracker to record your results,
monthly articles about weight loss
and exercise techniques, and
bi-weekly telephone counseling with
a professional weight loss consultant
during the course of your weight
loss.
