RUN AN ADNT TEST ASK CUST TO CONNECT MODEM PHONE CABLE STRAIGHT INTO THE WALL JACK / POWER CYCLE /REPEAT PROCEDURE DEPENDING ON WHAT NUMBERS ARE SHOWING ON THE TEST ON THE ASAM AND ERROR #  IF TEST SHOWS CIRCUIT NOT FOUND TRANSFER CUST TO BILLING
