Rhonda has over 12 years experience and research in the fitness field. As a fitness professional, wife, and mother of 3, she understands the challenges you face in finding time for fitness. She knows it is especially difficult to stick to your fitness goals when you are trying to do it all alone. That's why Rhonda originally entered the fitness industry-- she enjoys helping others stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle. Rhonda has experience in training a wide variety of clients that include athletes, pre/post natal women, body builders, and seniors. The training style she uses will educate, motivate, and provide effective training that fits you and your lifestyle.

After 15 years working in Corporate America, Donna decided it was time to use her active lifestyle and abilities to help the growing population who simply feels they do not have the time to get into shape. She's guided people through marathons and triathlons, and has seen numerous successes in her client population's fitness goals. Donna's approach is pragmatic in the sense that she sets achievable goals and helps you find ways to incorporate better health into your already busy life by customizing each session. Based on your schedule, Donna can create programs and directly work with you daily, weekly, or monthly.
