Session choices:

6 Session Program (1x a week) ($36-$48 per session depending on location)-- This program is for the "Do It Yourself" type and delivers what we like to call "Slow + Steady" progress. Because with this program you meet with your trainer just once per week it's a slow start and many people find it's not enough help for them and/or it's too slow of a start. Get Started!

12 Session Program (2x a week) ($36-$48 per session depending on location)-- Two sessions a week with your personal trainer will not only get you started and up to speed faster, but you'll also see better results and sooner! Get Started!

18 Session Program (3x a week) ($36-$48 per session depending on location)-- This program is intended for people who are serious about achieving their fitness goals and wanted to be there yesterday. Three weekly sessions with your trainer will deliver the best results in the shortest amount of time. Get Started!
