Beginning Move
Push your chair back and stand up straight with your arms hanging down. Raise both arms overhead and stretch for the ceiling as you breathe in forcefully through your nose. Hold for one second, then exhale through your mouth as you return your arms to your sides. Repeat 5-10 times.
Advanced Move
As you raise your arms overhead, rise up on your toes, then rock back to your
heels as you lower your arms.
