Additional Travel Fee of $5 for every 10 miles - for distances greater than 12 miles from my location..
Initial Consultation:
The initial consultation is free. This consultation is intended to be a mutal sharing of information with the expected outcomes of assessing client-trainer compatibility, discussing goals, and developing a client-trainer agreement. After an agreement is established you will be given a Health/Medical Questionnaire and a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) that must be complete prior to participation in the exercise program. This information will allow for an individualized and a safe exercise regimen.
