How does Online Personal Training work? For the most part you start the same as you do with a one-on-one trainer, by filling out a profile, health history questionaire and various assesments, except you do it online. These forms will be reviewed by a Personal Trainer and a program is then customized for you based on your goals, fitness level, preferences, and special conditions. A Personal Trainer will contact via e-mail or phone to explain what you should do next, and answer any questions you have about the training program. You will be given your own personal exercise and nutrition plan based on all information you provide to your trainer. Your exercise routine will consist of many exercises presented to you just like they are on our Online Personal Training Demo. All exercise programs come with descriptive pictures and complete exercise instructions. During your program you will fill out a weekly report online, which your trainer will use to update your program. Your Personal Trainer will e-mail you to monitor your progress, update your program, and answer your questions. Online Personal Training is the best way to go if you are trying to save money, because it's very affordable. It is also convenient. With Online Personal Training, you can do your workout at any time. One of the things most people love about Online Personal Training is that you have unlimited 24 hour access to your Personal Trainer.
