Rhonda G. Varner B.S., NSCA-CPT

Rhonda has over 12 years experience and research in the health and fitness field. With the ever growing population of sedentary lifestyles, Rhonda became a certified personal trainer and is dedicated to help as many people as possible lead a healthier lifestyle and reach thier fitness goals. She began her career with the YMCA in Jacksonville, Florida where she taught a variety of group exercise classes as well as personal trained many YMCA members. Rhonda is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a B.S. in Biology/Health Science. In addition to a college degree she holds National certifications in Personal Training through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the YMCA of the USA. Rhonda is also certified in Group Exercise Instruction, Advanced Resistance Training, Indoor group Cycling, Pilates Mat Instruction, Stability Ball training, and YogaBall. Rhonda has experience working with a wide variety of clients including athletes, pre/post natal women, body builders, and seniors.

In the fall of 2003, Rhonda started the pilates mat program for the Jacksonville Bank of America YMCA. She also started providing private pilates & personal training services independantly working one-on-one with clients to improve strength, flexibility, and mind/body conditioning. Rhonda is now located in the Denver, Colorado area, and currently teaches fitness classes at South Suburban Parks & Recreation Centers and the Littleton Family YMCA.

Personal Training Services

Personal Training services are available at South Suburban Parks & Recreation facilities, Littleton Family YMCA, and in clients homes in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Lone Tree, and Castle Pines.
