Beginning Move

Sit or stand with good posture. Tuck in your chin toward chest. Turn your head to the right until you feel a gentle stretch and hold for 5 seconds. Turn your head to the left and hold again for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Advanced Move
Start by looking ahead and slightly down. Slowly turn your neck in a half-circle so you are looking to the side and up. Hold for three seconds and repeat, going the other direction.
