Get Started
Initial Session:
The first step in getting started in a fitness program, is to decide which program will help you achieve your personal fitness goals. If you are unsure, and you would like help deciding which program makes the most sense for you, contact us at varnertraining@qwest.net or call 303-471-2052. During the initial session you will be given a health and fitness evaluation which will include a review of your medical history, and other vital information to ensure your safety during the personal training sessions. Once your fitness starting point has been established, you and your trainer will discuss your short and long-term goals, and narrow down specific goals for your program.

First Session:
After the initial session/consultation your first workout session with your trainer will be scheduled. At this point your target fitness plan will be presented based on information collected during the initial consultation. Variables, such as your age, sex, exercise experience, and fitness goals, will allow your trainer to design a program that will focus on developing the proper foundation for future success.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
