Beginning Move

Sit upright in your chair, feet flat on the floor and hands palm down on your thighs. Look straight ahead at some object on the wall in front of you like a small design or the head of a pushpin. Breathe in through your nostrils, hold for a few seconds, then exhale through your mouth. Pause a second with your lungs empty, then repeat 5-10 times.

Advanced Move
As you breathe in, think about what you want to accomplish in the next 30 minutes. Repeat it to yourself in a short phrase as you breathe in.
