I was born in Anaheim, California in 1985. At the age of 2 my parents moved back to the small town of Page in Northern Arizona where my father was raised. I was not braught up around horses, infact I did not even begin to ride until the age of 12 when my aunt decided to purchase her first horse. I took a few lessons and started to trail ride with my best frind, at the time, on her quarter horses.
Later on that year my friend and I got into 4 - H and learned the english way's of riding. oh how odd those saddles and stirrups were, and to finally learn what a lead was and wich one you were on! hah! I used the "practicing the counter canter" excuse very often! My love for riding horses really didnt really set in for another year or so. My father had passed away and I had found horses to be my outlet. Particularly the Arabian horse, they were so beautiful and expressive, nothing like the quarter horses, and paints I had been riding. I fell in love with the great Arabian stallion El Shaklan over the internet, and ended up purchasing a grand daughter of his Sanadiq El Shklan (Shezaad X Dusky Deer). A few months later I found my self (at the age of 14)apprenticing at the Arabian horse ranch that I had purchased Sandiq from. Being away from home didnt fase me, my passion for working with horses kept me alive. |
Now at the age of 19 my passion for horses is stronger than ever. I have worked under some of the best Arabian Horse trainers that the Arabian Horse world has to offer.
I plan on furthering my experience in the Dressage world and will hopefully be able to make a great fullfilling career out of it. - - under construction - -
