ADVANTAGES:

- less staff, therefore not as many wages to pay

- less advertising costs

- no shop front to maintain

- if business is successful, sales increase

- easy for consumers to use

- less running costs

DISADVANTAGES:

- cost cutting due to not having the shop front, staff, equipment etc..

- competition will force your prices down

- lose alot of existing customers to competition

- use of stolen credit cards

- competition with other similar companies on the web
