Gross Human Rights Abuse by Police Criminal Nexus -- Please save!
Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention very seriously to some extreme
and horrendous criminality & gross human rights abuse being conducted on
me, with the involvement of several groups or international rackets who claims
their association with some filthy Non-resident Indians, their diabolically
cunning associates and hired gangsters from India, US & UK agencies and the
complicity, if not participation, of many other agencies. This is a byproduct of the largest
ever Corruption and Crime in India by an Organized Crime Syndicate
operating from near Airport/Bidhannagar/Airport area
of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal ...
In a nutshell, I am a
victim of extreme torture and abuse using DIRECTED ENERGY and
NEUROLOGICAL/PSYCHO-PHYSICAL WEAPONS technology for the last 12 years which has
destroyed my life almost and I'm going through a pathetically abnormal and
painful life, full of pain, agony, anguish and suffering.. To hear my story would be terrifying
and bewildering to an audience unaware of the specifics of these crimes but
these are all true facts.
The criminal use of these on me are causing the following effects :
--Complex control of the brain & nerves with electromagnetic weapons
--Draconian violation of Privacy through advanced illegal Satellite Spying
Technology used for organized crime and terrorism.
--Severe torture and damage of brain, nerves and body parts through extremely
harmful psycho-electronic weapons and poisonous chemical and heat radiation.
---Severest psychological torture through remote manipulation of brain and
nerves..
--- Criminal Intimidation and threatening through Advanced Neurophone Technology
---Shock-waves to destroy my property and electronic
instruments.
--- Traumatizing hate propaganda,
criminal defamation & degradation in secret with the help
of cheap gimmicky black "science" ...
and
many others the effects of which are very dangerous and damaging ...I'm crying
out in despair and desperately looking for help..
The recent ongoing brutal
criminal assault & torture on me continuously from 15.12.2011 to
17.1.2012 (with severe assault on 25.12.2011, 26.12.2011, 28.12.2011 and
30.12.2011) has taken its heavy toll me lately .. I can’t take it anymore. I was so brutally assaulted
remotely through these kinds of psychotronic
weapons that I had to be hospitalized (on 11.1.2012) with acute
coronary syndrome and had to be surgically operated on.. This
kind of crime is going on me for the last 12 years with dangerous
short and long-term effects on health and finance, and I would like to
emphasize on the fact that, all these amounts
to

Criminal Conspiracy

Voluntarily causing grievous hurt/harm

Attempt to Murder/ Secret Murder
d. Criminal Intimidation & threatening
e. Criminal defamation and defiling in secret
On top of this, the criminals engaged in Criminal
Gang Stalking tactics, Black Propaganda & Disinformation tactics to
socially paralyze and cripple me for very long ..A vicious
Police-Criminal nexus in here is intentionally & deliberately doing an Open
Crime, for the last 1 year, in mutual criminal interest, and I'm appalled by the criminal nepotism &
criminal apathy (including conspiracy against rights,criminal
negligence and deprivation of life & liberty under the color of
law ) shown by the Police Dept in this
regard... I'm being treated very wrongly like a degraded,
worthless lab-rat to benefit the crime racket, and as a result, I'm
getting crippled day by day due to comprehensive brain-murder, brain-rape
& all-pervasive horrific brutal criminal exploitation & criminal
defamation & degradation..They are doing
a "business" with my murder and doing criminal obscenity with
my life intentionally by taking away my very essential rights
guaranteed under constitution.. But, I emphasize on the fact that, this kind of
remote human manipulation is a huge wrongdoing and a severe and gross injustice.. . It’s also fundamentally and constitutionally wrong, to criminally
exploit anyone like this, and do any bogus “science research” hoax at my
expense and use it against me very wrongly in vested interest.
The clever trick that is used in here
is clever & calculated Brainwashing Propaganda
by those who are in the Criminal Racket to make you think that since I can be
made to look like an worthless wastrel, I can be subjected to anything and
everything for a forcible painful murder .. I vehemently challenge and reject
such kind of claims made in vested criminal interest,as
the basis of which is a grand lie and perverse criminal sadism, for which
everyone should have been criminally punished heavily .... I would like to
say quite clearly in here I'm being shown in a pathetic false light and my
worth & character is being criminally misappropriated in
vested criminal interest to instigate and provoke criminals to pulverize me
criminally ... This kind of Criminal intrusion of privacy is puinshable to begin with forget about concocting and
fabricating everything in my name in vested criminal interest ..
I would like to emphasize in here that this is an egregious Human Rights Crime also as it clearly
violates at least the following Articles from Universal Declaration of Human
Rights and CAT Convention :-
Article 12: No one shall be subjected to
arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to
attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has
the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 3.
Everyone has the
right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article
4... No one shall be held in
slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave
trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
Article 5. No one shall be subjected to
torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article
6... Everyone has the right to recognition
everywhere as a person before the law.
Article 7. All are equal before the
law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law.
All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of
this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
Article
9... No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention
or exile.
Article 11... (1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be
presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at
which he has had all the
guarantees necessary for his defence.
(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or
omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or
international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier
penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal
offence was committed.
Article 18.
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion;
this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom,
either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest
his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Article 19.
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right
includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and
impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
Article 30... Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any
State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any
act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth
herein.
Definition
of Torture under CAT
CAT
Article 1 specifies that, for purposes of the Convention, “torture” is
Understood
to mean
any
act by which severe pain or suffering, whether
physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as
obtaining from him or a third person information
or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person
has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing
him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is
inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the
consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an
official capacity. It does not include pain or suffering arising only
from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions.
Importantly,
this definition specifies that both physical and
mental suffering can constitute torture, and that for such suffering to
constitute torture, it must be purposefully inflicted. Further, acts of torture
covered under the Convention must be committed by someone
acting under the color of law..
Also,
CAT
Article 16 requires signatory States to take preventative measures to prevent “cruel, inhuman, or degrading
treatment or punishment” within any territory under their jurisdiction when such acts are
committed under the color of law.
Pursuant
to § 2340A, any person who commits or attempts
to commit an act of torture outside the United States is generally subject
to a fine and/or imprisonment for up to
20 years. In cases where death results from the prohibited conduct, the
offender may be subject to life imprisonment or the death penalty. A person who
conspires to commit an act of torture committed or attempted outside the United
States is generally subject to the same penalties
faced by someone who commits or attempts to commit acts of torture outside the
United States, except that he cannot receive the death penalty for such an
offense.44 Because § 2340A also criminalizes
conspiracies to commit torture outside the United States, it arguably could
also apply in situations where a U.S.national
conspired to transfer an individual “outside the United States” so that the
individual may be tortured.
So, your attention is urgently needed to halt these atrocities, protect me, and
bring these extremist elements to justice. In case you are getting wrong
influence and manipulations about it , please know for sure that it is a "forcible murder" and "forcible criminal defamation"
only viciously camouflaged and "criminally justified" with a black perception, fake issues & false
concerns ...
Please treat this as an emergency Sir, as I'm in great danger, waiting for
a dangerous and bleak future, shocked, appalled and traumatized by the combined
criminal conspiracy of Police Dept & Criminals .. With full thrust on Article 21 of the
Indian Constitution (Protection
Of Life And Personal Liberty)
and fundamental rights/individual rights/civil rights of an individual), I am appealing to you to save me from a
disaster ...I hope you would lend your kind ears to my humble
