Each time you or your opponent activates 1 Spell Card, put 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 3). You can Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard in face-up Attack or Defense Position by offering this monster with 3 Spell Counters as a Tribute during your Main Phase.

 

Review: This is the most overlooked card in the set. Level 4 1900 attack is already something to be happy about. !700 defense can eb good or bad, it isn't searchable by witch but 1700 defense can actually come in handy now ( tribe infecting virus and breaker both have 1600 attack). The effect is also another great thing. Finally the one card that makes dark magician playable. This card is good even without the effect. This card will not see much play because it is a secondary Gemini elf, but this card is no joke. It can hurt you more the  elf can.
