Special Someone

Lost in this lifetime, I'm trapped in a chamber
I'm suffocating from this isolated place
Reaching for an escape, but its not there
Screaming for help, but no one came near
Then one day, you walked on by
You saw the pain, the tears in my eyes
You lent a hand, and helped me up
You caught my fall, and saved my life

When I look in the mirror, I confront my fears
The reflection I see, it's a disgrace to me
I'll commit suicide, or run away
The problems and pain, I can not erase
I can't live on, I'll drown in my fears
Cuz without you in my life, I wouldn't be here

If you don't have, this special someone
You'll miss out, on a great life
He'll be there for you, in many ways
He won't diss you, or leave you astray
Like a doctor, he can find the cure
To help you through, those gloomy years.
