This should be an exciting season for the Philli Blunts, not only did captain Pitty Cent come away with the #1 pick in the entire TTBL draft : Brandon White, but also attained a solid second round choice in Steve "The Truth" Macomber. The Blunts hope to win ballgames using there quickness, ball movement, tight d, and perimeter shooting.
The guns got off to a great start in the TTBL season opener against Ryan Mees Killa Bees with a 46-40 victory. Brandon White proved why he was the number 1 pick racking up an amazing game high 19 pts. Captain Pitty only played the second half due to traffic. But the Blunts played heroicly without there team captain. Macomber solidified his downlow game, Garlington made key stops, and bench help was more then what we could ask for. The Blunts have a busy weekend coming up, On Saturday June 7th, the Blunts square off against the Wu Tang Financial, and the following day, they battle the Fast Break Kids. Could this season be a kind bowlride to the TTBL championship? Or could their dreams go up in smoke?
