About Layout: The brushes I use for this layout are from noctura and another which I'm not so sure of which, but you can find it at VBRUSH. As for the title, I'm not so sure how I came up with it but the word just jump out of my head and I put it in.
Navigation: See that little Ying/Yang sign on the top right, there? Place you mouse over it and you have your menu. Or you could do it the old fashion way and put it to the left side of the content like you see to your left. In that space to the left, you can put banner, little message, and whatever you could think of. Don't have to if you don't want to and you could choose to use either or both the navigation.
If the Ying/Yang are not to your taste, then you will have to take out the code right after the BODY tag and the one right after all the image links. Also, take off the code in the HEAD tag where it say MENU BEGIN and MENU END.
If you are not familiar with JavaScript and want to know how to work the menu then look at the text box to your left.
