Experts have figured out that if you can only see red and white on a hockey jersey you should not pick this team in your suicide pool!! They go on to say that the study shows blue and white are the best colours to bet on-HOW ABOUT THOSE LEAFS. Further...Joanne Filion has been nominated to replace Don Cherry on HNIC because it is obvious that she is the smartest Filion when it comes to this pool. Surgeons all over the United States are in an emergency meeting in New York this hour as they are still looking for a way to remove Henrik Lundqvist foreign object.  X-rays showed that Mr. Lunqvist has an object stuck up his ass that has the shape of a humongous horseshoe.

New York Rangers fans are gathering outside the hospital to protest against the removal of the horseshoe since their lovely goaltender did not show any struggle while playing with it against the Habs last saturday.

Please send an e-mail to support the New York hospital's Doctors as they are facing a new challenge.  By the removal of this horseshoe, it will allow the other NHL teams to play against the Rangers at a fair level and preventing me of FUCKING LOOSING ALL THE TIME AT MY OWN POOL !!!!

A seven year old boy from Toronto was at the centre of a courtroom drama  in an Ontario Superior Courthouse this morning when he challenged a  court ruling over who should have legal custody of the juvenile.

The boy has a history of being beaten repeatedly by both parents and the  judge had previously awarded custody to the boy's aunt.

The boy confirmed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and refused to live there. When the judge then suggested that he be placed with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they beat him more severely than anyone.

The judge, in an unprecedented ruling, dramatically allowed the boy, in spite of his youth and obvious inexperience,  to make his own choice as to who should have legal guardianship over him.

In front of a packed and cheering courtroom this morning, custody was subsequently granted to the TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS as the boy stated his firm belief that they are, in point of fact, not capable of beating anyone.

 .......and so the season begins

Kirk, I would like to thank you pesonally not just for your $10, but for selecting the leafs as your sure pick first round. After having 26 teams to choose from and selecting a team that lost 8-0 in the first round, no matter what happens after this I can always say well at least I did not pull a Kirk Dixxon, also looking forward to your first choice in Round #2, likley Pittsburgh to win in Ottawa.

Also I must point out the bonus of going in the Moonbeam pool, some poor Frenchman is always going to pick with his heart instead of his head, so thanks for the 5 that chose the hapless Habs. This should give you some more time for running the pool Alain. Thanks, Mac (A leaf fan, but sure not dumb enough to pick them against Ottawa)
