If you need a banner/layout then all you have to do is fill in a form and i will make you one asap and email it back to you asap.
I will make Banners and Layouts for the WWE 2K3 and for my WWF Efed only so if your from another fed unless you join the WWE 2K3 or my WWF Efed then you will not get a layout only a banner!
