Hello everyone, this is the first installment of the new monthly PTHL newsletter! At the end of each month each GM will recieve an email stating the newsletter for that particular month is complete. In the email you will also recieve a link to this page which I [Andrew] (The Bruins GM) will be running with the help of Dan (The Rangers GM and Commissioner).
The first section is the 'Trade Talk' section. This is where any GM can write a short paragraph or even an article (as much as you want) and express your opinions on any trades around the league (other than your own). We hope a lot of g.ms get involved in this, the more people invloved the more fun and diverse the newletters becomes. (NOTE: authors of each section will remain anonymous, so feel free to write freely)
I [Andrew] will be updating my own, exclusive column each month, the 'Power Rankings'. This column will rank each team by who I think is the best team (not by standings) and I will give a brief statement on each teams overall situation. This column will have my personal opinions and I hope nobody takes my thoughts as unfair or biased, this is for fun, please remember that.
The 'Who's Hot/Who's Not' section will be my [Andrew] other exclusive writing section where I will talk about the players in the league and how their doing individually. Such topics may include amount of money a player recieves in a signing, player stats, player milestones, and personal/all time records.
The 'League Roundup' section will talk about interesting topics in the league. This is where important games, injuries, and anything else that affects the league standings and/or playoff race can be found.
Lastly, the 'AHL/Prospect Report' will feature news & notes on the future stars of the NHL.
