"The Melbourne-Eau
Gallie Fusion U14 Girls competed in the Challenge Round of Regional Cup on
February 21 and 22, 2004 in Palm Bay, Florida. We took first place in our
group. Scores were 5-1 against Orange County Steelers, 3-1 against Florida
Thunder, and 4-0 against Space Coast. We had several injuries, with two
keepers injuring their knees. We hope for them both to have quick and strong
recoveries. We advance to the Final Four March 27 and 28 in Ocala, where we
will face Jacksonville, Big Sun, and the Orange County Steelers."
