Emails Regarding the KGC

Emails to Aces High casino

Dear support,

I am interested in your backing from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
I have visited their website, and emailed them, but they refuse to tell me
exactly what customer protection they provide.

Could you please shed some light on this matter.

Yours,

Lorinda

Their reply

Hi there Lorinda,

Thank you for emailing the Aces High Casino,

Kindly note that the Kahnawake Gaming Commission issues us with our
online gaming license, to allow us to proceed with the running of our casino.

We strongly believe in a policy of Fair Casino Play. Every time you play
one of our casino games, the software connects to a Random Number
Generator on our server and randomly produces the values for the cards,
roulette wheel, dice, slot bars, and other elements of chance

This ensures the casino has no 'programming' advantage. This digital
precaution also stops casino players from gaining an unfair advantage by
counting cards or attempting to 'crack the system'. The Random Number
Generator is itself reviewed on a continuous basis to ensure the casino
games' compliance with Las Vegas standards

Please note that out audited payout percentages are available on out
website, kindly go to www.aceshigh.com and click on PriceWaterhouse
Coopers, their icon is at the bottom of the homepage.

Kindly note that the software of our casino is developed Microgaming.

We trust we have been of assistance.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any further
questions that you may have.

Kind regards,

I tried to get some more info

Hi again,

Thankyou for your prompt reply.

I must admit, that some of my friends play with your casino, and have
had no problems there, my problem actually comes from the KGC itself
regarding a matter elsewhere.

What I am actually seeking is the information about what protection
the KGC provides the customer, I am familiar with PWC and will take
their word as "gospel" regarding statistical data.

I have asked a few people from Quebec regarding the KGC and the
impression is that although you need a license from them to operate, they
do not actually provide the customer, or the casino with any
protection, and that is why many places are turning to PWC to offer a
second opinion.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in Advance,

Lorinda

Their reply

Hi there Lorinda,

In connection with your security enquiry, for more information
pertaining to the involvement of the Kahnawake Gaming Commision (KGC),
please feel free to click on the following link or copy and paste it
into your browser
http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commision, no matter how you look at it, are a
authoritive figure in the gaming industry. Technically, they cannot
protect you funds.

The only real protection you need as a gamer is a 128 bit SSL connection
(the same as banks use) to protect your funds during internet transfer.
That we can assure we do have, along with many fantastic prizes.

The other and most reliable source of security, as you mentioned in your
previous correspondance, is the fact that our casino software is
certified for randomness and fairness, by PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC).

As it is in the nature of gambling, we really cannot assure you of a
win.

We sincerely hope that we have been of assistance and wish you well with
your future gaming with us.

Should have any further enquiries, please feel free ton contact our
friendly operators who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kindest regards,

Bukeka
