Introducing Jen’s Transcription at your Service Where YOU are our Number One Client.
Here at Jen’s Transcription at your Service, we bring an air of professionalism and perfectionism to all your documents. We are 100% HIPAA compliant. We also offer a lower total cost of ownership than in-house transcription as you don’t have to pay workers hourly wages, benefits, sick days, or vacation/holiday pay. We have dial-in dictation as well as encompassing both the micro and standard cassette tapes. For dial in, we will transcribe the reports and then e-mail them back to you. For the tapes, we will pick up tapes, transcribe them, print them on your office documents, if you wish, and then we will bring everything back to you. We also archive reports for a 15-year period.
Currently, we only service the counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Chester, Goochland and New Kent. We also service the Cities of Richmond, Colonial Height, Ashland, Hopewell, and Petersburg. If we can be of service to your practice, please let us know.

Monthly Transcription with Printing—2500.00
**Bi-weekly and Monthly transcription rates are contracted for a minimum of three months.
